Orgasmic Meditation

Thank you. Today is February 6, 2015. We have a question from Monica. A question
concerning Orgasmic Meditation. She writes: "I recently read about Orgasmic Meditation
founded by Nicole Daedone, there is a website: http://onetaste.us. Would you please
comment on the energetic and spiritual effect of this practice on members? How does this
practice relate to, or differ from the Tantric path to enlightenment (if indeed there is such a
path)? Your thoughts please?"
That this Awareness will start by saying that for many this might indeed be a difficult
subject area. That there is still much taboo against sex and sexuality, even against orgasm
and that most do not consider orgastic energies as spiritual energies but rather quite the
opposite, that they prevent one from any spiritual expression or becoming a spiritual being.
That this is because most hold that orgasm is simply a physical matter and cannot bring a
seeker to a higher spiritual state. That this assumption and this belief is erroneous. The
orgastic energies, the energies of orgasm are the life force energies themselves. For most
the closest that they, the individual, will ever achieve towards a sense of bliss, a sense of
spiritual union with one's own being is through an orgasm, an intense physical experience
that has deep and powerful effect on not only the body, but on one's emotions and one's
spiritual nature as well, although this is less perceived or understood.
That most who have had orgasm or orgastic experience would indeed agree that in the short
while that the orgasm is underway, being experienced, that it is a very pleasant and
overwhelming experience. As this Awareness has said, the moment of orgasm is a deep and
powerful experience of the life force energies, Divine Life Source energies, and as it is the only
way for most to experience even a small fraction of that which are the strong spiritual
energies, the Divine Source energies, that many seek to have orgastic experiences many times
over. Herein unfortunately lies a trap, for most do not understand or recognize the deep
spiritual significance of being open to an orgastic experience, to experiencing the bliss of
Spirit and a higher dimensional state of consciousness that is contained within an orgastic
experience.
This Awareness is deliberately using the phrase orgastic experience versus orgasm. For most it
is in orgasm, the response of the body as it opens up to the life force energies that are
released in that moment of orgasm that are most understood and sought. But there are many
ways of having an orgastic experience other than orgasm. That when one experiences
something of great pleasure, great stimulation, great reward, that this could be called an
orgastic experience.
For some, running is an orgastic experience especially when endorphins are released. That
this is one reason why so many joggers jog because it makes them feel good, it makes the
body feel good, the endorphins are released and there is that which is an orgastic experience
that is experienced by the runner.
Others have orgastic experience when they vision and see great art or great music or great
creative endeavors, such as theater or some movies. That this tunes up the higher levels of
consciousness, the spiritual levels that expand one, that put one into harmony with the higher
spiritual nature, their own higher spiritual nature. That food is for some an orgastic
experience and many certainly would claim that chocolate is indeed the highest orgastic
experience possible.
It is important to realize that the orgastic experience is an experience that opens one up to
the higher forces of Spirit, to that which is known as life force energy and that the orgasm is
literally a life force experience that has the capacity not only to raise one's own personal
vibrations to allow one to have even for but a split second a blissful experience, an experience
of the Spirit and spiritual energies. That it is also literally an act that can produce life between
two people that have come together to have this experience, and to perhaps even plant the
seed of life in the woman.
But orgasm is not restricted to the hetrosexual experience. Orgasm can indeed be
experienced in a variety of ways; same sex partners, self-pleasuring are but two ways. There
are other ways as well and here is a danger again of simply relying on the physical experience
and not understanding what the true nature of the orgastic experience is all about.
That simply relying on the physical can lead ones into deviance, into depraved expressions of
sexuality including pedophilia, beastiality, and rape and violence as ways of experiencing
sexual satisfaction and even the most heinous expression, Satanic expression of sex and
torture of individuals so one can be sexually satisfied. These are deviant expressions that have
lost that connection to the power and force of orgasm and of the orgastic experience.
That in this question, a question relating to orgastic meditation, it must be understood that
this is not simply meditation where one has a physical orgasm. It is a meditation that allows
and assists individuals to reach heightened life force energies, expansive blissful energies.
That they may include a physical component in this meditation but it is not necessarily so
that it must include a physical orgasm. It is the building up of the heightened energies that
are being sought in orgastic meditation.
However there is a corruption here between this understanding just presented and how this
may work in this form of meditation which may emphasize the physical and physical
stimulation to build up one's sexual energies, one's edge to that orgastic experience of
orgasm. That herein is that which is the problem. That if it is so that it still relies on orgasm to
complete this orgastic meditation, then one is missing the point somewhat. That it is more
about building up the orgone force, the life force that is important here, not simply sexual
release through an orgasm.
Tantric sex and other sexual practices that have existed around the world from the dawn of
time emphasize the building up of the life force energies, that which is also known as the
orgone energies as well. That the building up does not always in Tantric tradition manifest as a
physical orgasm but rather in the sustaining of that energy. That is why in Tantric practice it is
not usually the plan or purpose to reach orgasm but to engage sexually, to build up the sexual
energies, the tensions and then to direct them inwards.
If this is not understood and one practices an orgastic meditation that has orgasm as a result,
that this may give one a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience in having orgasm, but it
will end at that and will not build up and offer a portal to go through to reach an even greater
experience of the life force energies, of the orgone bliss energies.
For those practices that emphasize a physical orgasm, then this Awareness would say that
they are not in alignment with that which this Awareness is expressing as orgastic meditation
meant to build up the life force energies, for the practice of achieving orgasm as the intent
and the purpose, while serving indeed to pleasure the body and to give some relief,
enjoyment and that blissful experience, falls short of what the Tantric practice is all about and
other practices that are meant to expand the capacity to receive life force energies in an
orgastic way.
That this completes the answering of this question but this Awareness most certainly is
available to tie up any loose ends or to explain the matter more thoroughly if there is
confusion.

Then this Awareness is complete with Its answer. That there is indeed more to this matter but
this Awareness will leave it at that for now and if more questions are brought forward, that
this Awareness will be available to discuss this pleasing matter in even greater detail.
Thank you. This is much appreciated. I had never heard of this before so I am not in a position
to ask a question on it.
What this Awareness will say is that It certainly feels some of your discomfort, for this is that
which many hold to be taboo. Many are reluctant to speak on such matters, and it is with
great embarrassment that many would feel that this is an area that brings too much
discomfort because of their own sexual attitudes and belief and indoctrination.
But it is an area that merits discussion for humanity has been led around the nose, by the
nose, in regard to sex and sexual expression. That because there is not a purity of
understanding and awareness around sexual expression, that there has come an opportunity
by many who are deviant in their sexual practices to gain a foothold.
That many may remember, if they are old enough, what it was like in the 1950s, the 40s, the
30s, when sex was simply not talked about. That young girls were never told about their own
body and how life is created, for such was the taboo around sex by most that mothers could
not explain to their daughters, sons have it explained by their fathers, this important area of
life itself. And thus there were often situations where because of ignorance, a young girl
became pregnant. That the 60s did see an explosion in the sexual understanding that was
held. That the sexual revolution occurred in the 60s and researchers, such as Kinsey, did
historical work and the matter of human sexuality began to emerge. But was still covered up,
it was still masked, it was still taboo to many and ironically even now, in the 21st century
there are many who still cannot and will not talk about sex, even though the level of deviant
sexual expression has increased enormously.
To be ignorant is not the answer. To be open to discussion of these matters, to understand
how important the life force energy is to humanity and to each and every human being is of
great importance.
That there are teachings, native American teachings, that through the use of that which is
known as the medicine wheel, put that which is sex at the very center of the wheel, for sex
and sexual energies is for them the life force energy that emanates from Divine Source Itself.
This is how powerful the creative life force is-- that it literally has the power to create life
and health and well being.
That the fetus in the mother's womb has been shown to deliberately touch itself, both males
and females, in order to have an orgasm. That this helps the child, the fetus, move, to turn in
the womb space itself. Therefore, the inclination towards the orgastic experience exists
already in that fetal child in the mother's womb. That children often play with themselves.
Again this makes many who have taboos about sex and talking about sex, cringe, for this
Awareness to say that children play with themselves is something that many who have such
taboos find difficult to hear.
But this Awareness says it must to be heard and your capacity to understand the human need
for the sexual experience, the orgastic experience, must be comprehended. That it is a fact
that each and every human being needs to have some form of orgasm weekly, for orgasm has
also the capacity to tone the body, to tune it up, to give good health.
This does not mean that one must engage in sex to have an orgastic orgasm. That often those
who are without partners or those who have not a practice of self-pleasuring to bring forth
their own orgasms, will often spontaneously have orgasm in their sleep, not even aware the
body has had an orgasm while they sleep.
Curiously, the act of sneezing is an orgastic experience and many allow their body to have this
enhancing, life enhancing experience through sneezing, especially bouts of sneezing. One
cannot say that they are seeking to give themselves pleasure by sneezing and it may even
challenge many to think that sneezing may be a form of orgasm, and this Awareness does
assure you that from this point on when one hears another sneezing or themselves sneezes,
that they will look on this matter in a completely different light from this point on.
Be it as it may be, the sexual energies, the life force energies, are pure energies, energies that
emanate from Divine Source. And if one understands this and one is open to the powerful
effect of orgasm and orgastic experience, which as this Awareness has already said, does not
necessarily mean that one needs to have a physical orgasm to have an orgastic, pleasurable
experience, an expanding experience.
That if one is open to this, then one can indeed begin to see their lives quite differently. If one
is open to meditate on the orgone energies, the life force energies, the sexual energies, the
orgastic energies as a way of touching one's expanded nature, that one may have a most
powerful experience of Spirit in a way quite different to the more traditional and submissive
meditations, where one is seeking mental expansion and not necessarily physical expansion
into Spirit or emotional, passionate expansion into Spirit.
It is most definitely something to look deeper into and to open the door to, for it has great
mystery, as it always has, and there are those who understand the power of sex and even how
to practice sexual magic, but this is another matter.
That this Awareness will leave it at that for now, for It feels It has spoken more than enough
on this matter and it is hoped that this will give to many an understanding of their potency as
human beings, as sexual beings, as orgastic beings.
