Student Catering Guide

• This guide is great for students who need strictly food for
their event or meeting, no frills.
• A TCU Department code (budget number) is required for
billing purposes for all departmental purchases. When paying with a TCU department code, the order will not be taxed.
Other forms of payment accepted include; cash, check,
credit cards, Campus Cash or Frog Bucks. A secure form of
payment must be made 48 hours in advance.
• A guaranteed guest count is requested at least 3 days in
advance. The invoice will be based on guaranteed count.
• Union Grounds, located on the first floor of the BrownLupton University Union, is the designated pick up location for orders made from this guide. Pick-ups can be
made between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00p.m.
• All orders must consist of the same buffet, but can consist of different entrées.
• A TCU student ID must be shown at pick up.
• Please no substitutions on buffets or packages.
Themed Buffets
$10.00 per person plus applicable tax.
All themed buffets include assorted soft drinks or
bottled water, disposable plates and service kits
(fork, spoon, knife, salt, pepper and napkin). Soft
drinks available include: Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper,
Diet Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Diet Sprite and Sierra Mist.
