2012 County of Maui Community Survey

Water, Roads, Permits, Administration.
WAILUKU, Maui, Hawai`i – County of Maui residents are urged to fill out
the 2012 County of Maui Community Survey, which can be found online at:
http://www.co.maui.hi.us/2012communitysurvey
Results from this survey will help the Budget Office staff to properly prioritize County projects and funding. The survey covers all the County’s public services and asks whether they are satisfied or dissatisfied with them.
“This is a way for County residents to get the most for their money,” said
Mayor Alan Arakawa. “Our tax dollars go toward funding police and fire, sewer and
water, garbage pickup and other services so this is your chance to help us run a
more effective, efficient and responsive government.”
According to Budget Director Sandy Baz, the survey is an extension of the
Community Budget Meetings which are being held all over Maui County. Baz said
the Community Budget Meetings started about a decade ago and this survey will
serve to expand the County’s outreach to the community.
“This is just another convenient way for Maui’s citizens to give us their
input,” Baz said. “We want everyone’s voice to be heard.”
Obama, Clinton Knew About Attack on
Embassy 48-hrs Before; Did Nothing!

canoes successfully navigated the channel to the open ocean for the Na Wahine
O Ke Kai womens’ canoe race Molokai
to Oahu last weekend.
But at least 10 canoes and their paddlers got pounded by an extra large set
of waves. One woman was injured and
was taken to Molokai General Hospital
after the huge waves swamped her
team’s canoe along with several others.
Lifeguards reported the waves were
double-overhead size waves.
Molokai rescue firefighters were
called in to help. Officials say ten
canoes got swamped as they were trying
to get out of Hale O Lono Harbor before
the start of the race.
One canoe was damaged and had to
be towed back to shore, and did not re
enter the race. The rest made another
successful attempt to exit the harbor,
and went on to start the race.
The women crews paddled into the
Waikiki finish line Sunday thrilled and
relieved. "It was hard to pick up on
swells. We just struggled. We fought
through it," said paddler Lauren
Spalding.
Rough conditions resulted in slower finish times. Team Bradley of Maui
took first place, 45 minutes slower than
last year's winner.
They finished at a time of 6 hours,
47 seconds. This was the seventh time
in eight years that Team Bradley took
the top spot in the competition.

One Man Canoe Paddler
Rescued at Kamalo 9/23/12
At 1531, the crew from Pukoo Fire
station responded to the Kamalo area to
search for a possible vessel in distress.
Someone on shore saw what
looked like a one man canoe drifting 1
mile offshore Kamalo Wharf with no
one paddling. Pukoo MPD crew was
on scene at 1541 and searched for about
an hour until dispatch got a confirmation of a missing paddler from the partner of the one man canoe. Along with
Pukoo crew, 2 Fire ski's from Hoolehua
and Kaunakakai Fire Stations, Rescue
boat 4 out of Kaunakakai Fire Station,
Rescue 10, Air 1, Rescue boat 3 from
Lahaina, CG helo and 110 ft cutter from
Oahu, CG 45 ft from Maalaea, were dispatched in the search. The Molokai
Princess ferry, and a private vessel also
joined in the search.
The private vessel eventually found
the missing paddler holding onto his
capsized canoe at 1739 hrs about 1 mile
offshore off Kakahaia Beach Park, about
6 miles west of his last seen position
off of Kamalo Wharf, and rescued him.
He was good condition, no
injuries. Rescued party was 66 yr. male
resident of Ualapue, Molokai.
MOLOKAI FIRE
E-4, E-9, E-12, and T-4 responded
to 689 Onioni Drive for a reported odor
of smoke. The fire was extinguished at
0021 hours. The structure was a 2 bedroom, wooden,single story, unoccupied
rental home in Kawela Plantation 1.
Preliminary damage assessments
were: Structure $100,000.00 and
Contents $25,000.00. Fire cause pending, Investigators from Maui are making their way to the scene to complete
the investigation.
Obama, Clinton and other US officials knew that the Libya attack was terrorism. At the same time the U.S. consulate in Benghazi was attacked, the U.S.
embassy in Cairo was targeted by a mob that tore down the American flag and
replaced it with a black Islamic flag. There were also attacks on U.S. missions in
Tunis, Sana'a, Khartoum and Islamabad. Did anyone believe that the mortars, and
RPGs were just the work of a “spontaneous movie-mob” ?
Despite repeated claims from Obama that the attack on our U.S. consulate in
Libya was a “spontaneous mob” in response to the amature “anti-Muslim film”
that became internet “viral” after the attack, it is obvious that Barack Obama and
Hillary Clinton knew it was a planned and coordinated terrorist attack, and they
failed to take any action to secure US Citizens.
Four Americans, U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, former
U.S. Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were killed in the assault, their
bodies dragged thourgh the streets and mutilated.
Obama referred to the muderous terrorist attacks on embassies and the terrorist
murder of a US ambassador and three other Americans, as “bumps in the road”, during a 60 Minuet interview: “... there are going to be bumps in the road because,
...in a lot of these places, the one organizing principle has been Islam,” he said.
U.S. Sens. Johnny Isakson and Bob Corker have sent a letter to Secretary of
State Hillary Clinton which stated that they are "extremely concerned" over news
of how security for the embassy staff and building was neglected.
Isakson and Corker have read reports that indicate Obama’s State Dept. not
only failed to bolster security at the Libyan consulate as threats mounted but
sought a waiver to circumvent their duty to protect the lives of Americans there.
A diary written by Stevens and obtained by CNN after being found in the
wreckage of the Benghazi consulate revealed that he had been concerned about security threats in the city and a rise in Islamic extremism.
Obama and Hillary Clinton can be held accountable, under the Geneva
Convention, for the 30,000 Libyan men, women and children that were slaughtered
with the 2,000 Al Qaeda whom Hillary used US funds to arm and support.

Missing Off the Coast of Molokai
The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), the state’s lead
agency for responding to reported possible Japan tsunami marine debris in Hawaii,
is coordinating with NOAA and the U.S. Coast Guard to identify the current location of a 30 by 50-foot floating dock that was last seen on Wednesday, Sept. 19,
by fishermen off the north coast of Molokai.
The floating boat dock is believed to be identical to three others reported missing from Japan after the March 2011 tsunami. Another one recently came ashore
on an Oregon beach earlier this year.
It was is very good condition with tie up cleaks and solid deck and boat fenders and other marine equipment mounted on it. Estimated to cost about $500,000
to construct in USA, this floating dock could be put to good use in any of the
boat harbors in Hawaii at almost no cost. Why is DLNR not taking proactive
efforts to tow this useful piece of equipment to a harbor for public use and save
Taxpayers a lot of money?
”DLNR’s priority, with the critical help of the public and federal partners, is
to re-find this large floating object, which is a hazard to vessels at sea and the wellbeing of our coastal resources. We need to be able to track its movement to try to
intercept and handle the dock at sea, and to prevent serious environmental damage
if it should reach shore,” said William J. Aila, Jr., DLNR chairperson.
DLNR has requested that boaters, fishers and pilots be alert to the possible
presence of the dock and to immediately report any sightings of the dock to (808)
587-0400. NOAA is also requesting that sightings of marine debris be reported to

past. We know the frustrations our family have in having to take up the slack,
for us at one time we were able to do for our selves. I know only to well how
this feels to me and how it must feel for my family.
For these reasons we victims of Agent Orange Dioxin poisoning, our
Congress and Senate must understand our needs. There are Bills in legislation that
can make our lives less frustrating. Those Bills are House Bill HR-3612 and
Senate Bill S.1629. Please urge your members of Congress and Senate to pass

LRAD sonic weapons to be deployed
“throughout” America Against Citizens
The U.S. Air National Guard has purchased portable LRAD acoustic systems,
which are to be used by police to quell protests and civil unrest by American
Citizens, and ensuring that the sonic weapons will be deployed “throughout”
America during upcoming national emergencies and other crises. The Obama
plans are being implemented to establish his dictatorship.
“With this order, LRAD systems will be in use by every major force of the
Department of Defense,” Tom Brown, president and CEO of LRAD told
Government Security News. “The Air National Guard will be deploying the
LRAD 100X systems throughout the country to support and assist civil authorities, even though such military use is violation of Posse Comitatus Act. LRAD
systems have proven highly effective in communicating commands and causing
painful hearing noises to protesters over long distances before, during, and in the
aftermath of policed events.
LRADs emit piercing sounds that amount to nothing less than auditory torture, and serve to disperse people from geographical areas, breaking up demonstrations and other gatherings.
HIGHLIGHTS
LRAD works even at 200 feet high and amidst the noise of a helicopter.
The largest version of the LRAD is used to break up “unlawful assemblies”
or protests, including at the 2009 G20 in Pittsburgh, during which an LRAD was
used to terrify local residents who weren’t even involved in the protest.
The LRAD 100X is weather proof, able to be heard clearly at distances of 600
meters and is 20 to 30 decibels louder than a standard bullhorn. The sound which
the device is capable of emitting to disperse people is both a tool of torture and
psychological warfare. Despite being described as “non-lethal”, the most powerful
versions of the device can kill under certain conditions.
Studies have found that the type of sound waves emitted by the sonic weapon
can cause epileptic seizures, long term problems affecting brain tissue, as well as
cardiovascular and central nervous system damage in humans.
A recently leaked U.S. Army Military Police training manual for “Civil
Disturbance Operations” outlines how Obama’s military assets in the Department
of Homeland Security are to be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms
and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest, such as banking
crisis, collapse of economy, or imposition of martial law, NDAA, or Whim !

The crime on our streets is a tiny fraction of the crime in the offices of our politicians and bureaucrats - the massive majority of crime is committeed by the criminal classes in power. Just look at the constant abuse of power in our State government offices and you will realize the extent of crime in Government. Just consider just how many BILLIONS of dollars a day Government extorts from the people and how little WE get in return; and just how comfortable the politicians make themselves at the expense of the
peoples they extort!
The goal of the founders of America was to restrict government within severe limits and to protect the rights of soverign individuals. Government has NO rights!
Judges are impeachable. Furthermore, judges may be removed immediately for violating oaths of office, involvement in conspiracies, extortion, and failing to uphold their
duty to the common law. Judges can also be arrested, they are not exempt from this nor are any other officials, including the President of the United States.
Do the people have the power to do this? Yes, the people have the power to do everything to defend our country against all enemies foreign or domestic politician, and
government has no power to say otherwise. Fascist bureaucrats might send out its armed marauders, but a huge group of The People (Militia) armed with guns as guaranteed

WAR CRIMES of Obama/Clinton et al,
and their U.S. funding for Al Qaeda
Jews Push USA-War on Iran
Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton may now be running scared of War Crimes
Charges under the Geneva Convention. Clinton says she's now out of politics.
They can be held accountable, under the Geneva Convention, for the 30,000
Libyan men, women and children that were slaughtered with the 2,000 Al Qaeda
whom Obama and Hillary used US funds to arm and support.
Obama and Hillary are also responsible for over 30,000 Syrian men, women
and children, who were slaughtered by U.S. funding the same Al Qaeda to overthrow Syria. This is a second grievous War Crime under the Geneva convention,
the Hague Convention, and the UN Charter.
Iran’s Ahmadinejad Tells U.N. That The Messiah’s
Return Brings An Era of of Peace and Prosperity
With the U.S. and Israeli delegations absent in boycott, Iranian President
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad addressed the General Assembly.
He blamed Western civilization for most of the world’s major problems,
Ahmadinejad concluded his speech with an extensive description of his belief that
the Mahdi will soon usher the world into a new era of peace and prosperity.
“God has promised us a man of kindness,” he said, according to the official
transcript, “a man who loves people and loves absolute justice, a man who is a perfect human being and is named Imam al-Mahdi, a man who will come in the company of Jesus Christ and the righteous.”
Ahmadinejad said that by “using the inherent potential of all the worthy men
and women of all nations” the Mahdi will “lead humanity into achieving its glorious and eternal ideals.”
“The arrival of the ultimate savior will mark a new beginning, a rebirth and a
resurrection,” the Iranian leader said. “It will be the beginning of peace, lasting
security and genuine life. His arrival will be the end of oppression, immorality,
poverty, discrimination and the beginning of justice, love and empathy.”
What Ahmadinejad neglected to explain is that Shiite Twelvers believe a global apocalypse will mark the Mahdi’s return, leading to the annihilation all nonbelievers, including Christians, Jews and Sunni Muslims.
Ahmadinejad seemed to indicate, in his closing lines, that the return of the
Mahdi is near, employing the metaphor of “spring” that also has been used by
Obama/Clinton to describe the recent revolutions across the Middle East.
He said the Mahdi will “bless humanity with a spring that puts an end to our
winter of ignorance, poverty and war with the tidings of a season of blooming.”
“Now we can sense the sweet scent and the soulful breeze of the spring, a
spring that has just begun and doesn’t belong to a specific race, ethnicity, nation
or a region, a spring that will soon reach all the territories in Asia, Europe, Africa
and the U.S.”
Ahmadinejad was explicit about his disdain for US supported Israeli military
occupations and terrorism, and his insistence that it will one day be eliminated.
Gun ownership is a statement that human beings
can be cruel, and governments can NOT be trusted.

Amid the alarming violence in the Arab world that has been funded partly by
Obama’s policies with Taxpayers’ Billions of dollars, a new report about the costs
of a potential war with Iran says an attack by the United States to help relieve
Israeli Jews’ fears, could set back Iran’s nuclear program four years at most, while
a more ambitious goal — ensuring Iran never reconstitutes its nuclear program or
ousting the regime — would involve a multiyear conflict that could engulf the
region, i.e. WWIII.
The significance of the report by The Iran Project is not just its sober analysis but the nearly three dozen respected national security experts from both political parties who signed it: including two former national security advisers, Brent
Scowcroft and Zbigniew Brzezinski; former Undersecretary of State Thomas
Pickering; and the retired Gen. Anthony Zinni.
Yet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel is trying to browbeat Barack
Obama into a pre-emptive strike. On Tuesday, he demanded that the United States
set a red line for military action and said those who refuse “don’t have a moral right
to place a red light before Israel.”
70 percent of Americans oppose a unilateral U.S. unprovoked strike on Iran,
according to a new poll by the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and 59 percent
said if Israel bombs Iran and ignites a war, the United States should not come to
the Jews defense. 10 percent wonder why USA even considers Israel to be an ally
when that Jewish Nation of terrorists murdered American servicement and tried to
sink the USS Liberty in 1967 and blame it on Russia to get US in their War

Iran is advancing its nuclear program in defiance of the United Nations

efforts to curb proliferation of nuclear weapons beyond those thousands of nuclear
warheads held already by Israeli-Jews who threaten the Middle East.
The best strategy is for Israel to work with the United States and other major
powers to tighten sanctions while pursuing negotiations on a deal.
However, Israel is the center of the cyclone. There is a strong possibility that
Israel will strike Iran’s nuclear production facilities in the immediate future. When
this happens, there will be serious repercussions throughout the Middle East and
the world. The greatest danger is the escalation of regional thermonuclear war into
global thermonuclear war. Regional thermonuclear war could send economic shockwaves across the world, Europe and the U.S. This economic crisis could create martial law, severe food shortages and governmental collapse around the world. If the
Iranian Navy, along with the help of nations like Russia, can block the Strait of
Hormuz, Iran has the power to crash the world’s economy, by withholding oil!
The world has now entered a period of massive acceleration, much of it engineered by powerful unseen influences, who are manipulating world events in order
to bring in their New World Order. The Zionist Jews of modern Israel are working
to bring USA into another of their wars for the land of Israel. But, Israel of the

streets to facilitate the killing. So taking out Ambassador Stevens under the cover
of this protest would have posed no problems for the Mossad.

LANAI Oracle Corp. CEO Larry Ellison wants his sailing team to have a
temporary winter base at a boat harbor on Lanai, the Hawaiian island he recently
purchased in June from David Murdoch.
The software tycoon reached the pinnacle of competitive sailing in 2010 when
his multi-hull high tech yacht Oracle captured the America's Cup.
The team swept the two championships in the opening regatta of the 201213 America's Cup World Series last month.
Oracle will pay $345,000 to set up the facility, including 40-foot freight containers, temporary moorings and a 200-foot-long floating dock.
According to a draft environmental assessment, Oracle Team USA is asking
Hawaii for permission to use the state-owned Kaumalapau Harbor on Lanai during the months of December through March.
HOWEVER
Oracle Corp.'s sailing team is canceling plans to train in Hawaii this winter
for next year's America's Cup race in San Francisco.
But Oracle Team USA General Manager Grant Simmer said Tuesday the team
won't have time to go to Lanai for training this winter because it's planning to
modify its new boat. He says the team has a lot of development work to do.
Simmer says there's a possibility the team could try to train out of Lanai in
future years.

Homestead Leaders Bring $64 Million in
Privately Funded Projects to HHL
The nonprofit Homestead Community Development Corporation (HCDC), formed
in 2009 to help bring private capital to projects on Hawaiian Home Lands, reported
$64 million in project financing for seven projects that have either been constructed
or will begin construction in the next six months. The eleemosynary nonprofit, is
dedicated to economic development and job creation projects anywhere in the state on
Hawaiian Home Lands established by the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act (HHCA) of
1920. "Our board leadership consists of long time activists and experts on trust
lands," said Robin Puanani Danner, volunteer President of HCDC, and CEO of the
Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA). "We got together in 2008,
reviewed the stark reality that the Hawaiian Home Land trust was looking at a major
funding shortfall in 2014 when the Act 14 funding of $30 million a year ends, and the
reality that there are no safety net reserves. The decision, back in 2008, was to form a
nonprofit development corporation for homestead associations to bring private capital to homestead projects, rather than sit and wait for the financial hammer to fall."
