Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus for
Windows
Introduction
Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus is now free for all active IT Sligo students. This
copy of Office will install the following apps on your computer: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Lync, InfoPath.
Guide to Office 365 Installation for Windows 7
1. From Student Hub, click below link
https://portal.office.com/OLS/MySoftware.aspx
2. Login to Office 365 using your student email account i.e.
[email protected] & your student Password and Click Sign
in.

The installation screen opens, click Install

4. Accept the default settings and click install. (This downloads file for
installation)
Please note that you must be an administrator or have administrator rights on
your PC to install the software successfully.
5. When prompted to Run or Save the download, click Run.
6. If you are prompted with Do you want to allow the following program to
make changes to this computer? click Yes.

Office 365 gets ready for Installation, the following screens may appear configuring
Office for Installation (may take a while to configure, depending on Internet
Connection)
7. An installation wizard will launch. Click Next to advance to the next screen.

8. On the License Agreement screen, Select No thanks, and click Accept.
9. Continue to move through the wizard.

Select background and Click Next

On the final screen, click All done
(Windows 7) To access the Office Suite of applications, click Start, then all
Programs, then Microsoft Office 2013.
