The holidays are in full swing at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa. For
delicious holiday dining join us for one of our many tempting options offered this
holiday season.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day:
The holidays are such a busy time of year. Let our culinary team treat you and your loved-ones to a
relaxing and delectable meal. Ko'Sin restaurant is featuring a special Christmas pre fix menu on Thursday,
December 25 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in addition to their regular dinner menu. Unique menu highlights
include petite winter greens with duck prosciutto, finished with a cranberry balsamic dressing; rock salt
roasted prime rib with rosemary potato whip and herbed beef jus. Finish the evening with peppermint
cheese cake complete with white chocolate sauce and candy cane crush. This special Christmas offering
is $52 for adults, $46 for seniors and $25 for children 12 and under.
Ko'Sin will be open on Christmas Eve and will extend their traditional dinner menu from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30
p.m. Kai restaurant will not be open for service on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Day, Jan.

New Year's Eve:
Conclude 2014 in style at Arizona's only Five-Star and Five-Diamond Restaurant, Kai. Enjoy a culinary
journey through special five or nine-course tasting menus. Guests can enjoy menu highlights such as
seared duck terrine with sunchoke puree and apple fritter, seared foie gras with warm puff pastry, or oxtail
& three sister stew with potato gnocchi and shaved truffles. Move onto the coffee and wattleseed rubbed
venison loin with mushrooms poivre sauce or the cast iron seared Columbia River sturgeon with osetra
caviar, complete with sauce beurre rouge. Leave room for the grand finale, a sophisticated dessert
selection that is sure to usher in the New Year with joy.
Reservations for the five and nine-course menus will be accepted from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The holiday
menus are priced from $140 to $225 and wine pairings are available at an additional cost.
Ko'Sin restaurant will also be offering a New Year's Eve dinner. The exclusive menu will feature a choice
between four entrées, including menu highlights such as; smoked squash soup with Mesquite syrup and
crispy duck prosciutto, roasted beet salad with gorgonzola, complete with meyer lemon vinaigrette.
Choose from the petite filet mignon and poached lobster tail with truffle potato puree, or arctic char with
braised greens, Colorado rack of lamb with goat cheese gratin, or Muscovy duck with parmesan risotto
and Brussel sprouts. Satisfy your sweet tooth with the dark chocolate torte or the winter pear strudel with
brown butter ice cream.
The four-course dinner is offered at $80 for adults, $72 for seniors and is available for $40 for children 12
and younger. Vegetarian, vegan and child choices are available upon request. Reservations will be
accepted from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
After you dine, be sure to join us in the lobby bar beginning at 9:00 p.m. for a special celebration,
complete with a Champagne toast and a special performance by Aaron White of the Grammy awardwinning group, Blue Stone Project, to ring in the New Year.

"New Year's" dining. The restaurant sales manager will be able to share details of each menu, any
available wine-pairings and reserve your ideal time. Guests must elect which New Year's Eve tasting
menu they will enjoy at the time they make their reservation. Kai maintains a smart business casual dress
code, which prohibits hats, t-shirts, and shorts for both ladies and gentlemen, including open-toed sandals
for men. Denim is not preferred.
