and enjoy breakfast with Darth Vader, Princes Leia,
Wonder Woman and Spider-man. Dress as your
favorite hero and learn some new moves with our
interactive combat lesson.

Boom! POW! Batman, Wonder Woman and Spidey
are coming to deliver some moves. Enjoy lunch, pics

Enjoy dinner before venturing out with flashlights on
a skeleton hunt. S’mores, spooky stories and carousel

Hot Cocoa w/Anna and Elsa

Join the famous Frozen sisters, Anna and Elsa,
for a hot cocoa party complete with singalong and
picture opportunities. Hayrides, storytelling, and a
magical setting of lights and decorations make this
an event not to miss!
Special Weekend
Civil War Days
Aug. 12-13
Meet Union and Confederate troops as they camp
at Blackberry Farm. Ride the train and you may be
stopped by Union officers searching for Confederate
sympathizers. Enjoy Civil War and historical crafts.
Don’t miss live civil war battle reenactments at
4 p.m. on Saturday & 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Dads and daughters will enjoy a spring evening
together, which includes a DJ with dancing and
games, dinner and unlimited carousel rides. After the
activities, everyone will gather around the campfire
and enjoy s’mores. Advance ticket purchase is required.
Family Camp-Out
July 8 & 9 / 6 p.m. – 10 a.m. • $10
This fun camping adventure at Blackberry Farm begins
on Saturday with a scavenger hunt, activities, and
s’mores. Sunday includes a light breakfast. Families
provide their own tents and sleeping bags. Each person
attending the camp-out needs to register. Additional
information will be emailed to those registered
a week before the event.
Children’s Concert – Miss Jamie’s Farm
July 14 / Doors open at 5 p.m. • $3
Miss Jamie and her puppet friends from the farm take
the audience on a magical barnyard adventure in a
sing-along, dance-along show that’s fun for kids and
grownups alike. Come early to enjoy the rides before
the show starts. Advance ticket purchase required.
Mother’s Day Chair Massages

Laura Ingalls Wilder Day
May 20 / Noon-3:30 p.m.
Pretend to live in the 1800s just like Laura Ingalls
Wilder and her family did! Activities include candle
dipping, making cornbread, blacksmithing, weaving
and more! Join us at 1 p.m. for a special presentation.
Paco’s Birthday

Celebrate Paco the Donkey’s birthday with fun games
and treats.
Vintage Baseball

See America’s pastime as it was played in the early
days. The Aurora Town Club will take on the
Somonauk Blue Stockings in a game played by the
rules and customs of the late 19th Century.
Father’s Day Fishing Derby

Mom & Son Hayride
Sept. 15 / 6-8 p.m.Ages 3 & up • $12
Dads and kids can bring their fishing poles out
and fish for a chance to win prizes.
Moms and sons can enjoy a night out together at
Blackberry Farm. Hayrides, dinner and drinks will
be provided. Gather around the campfire for s’mores.

Olivia’s Barnyard Blast

Brunch with the Grinch & Cindy Loo
Dec. 10 / 11-12:30pm • $15
Join us for a trip to Whoville to meet the Grinch and
Cindy Loo. Guests enjoy a delicious brunch, crafts, songs,
activities and pictures with Cindy Loo & the Grinch – and
receive a ticket to come back and enjoy Holiday Express
for the day. Advance ticket purchase is required.

Trick-or-Treat
Oct. 21 / 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Wear your Halloween costume and collect goodies
and treats at stations throughout the park.
At 1 p.m., join the costume parade through the streets
of Blackberry led by our decorated ponies.
