Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Response Frequency) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Under Reports, click Response Frequency a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Click View in browser to view the results on the screen or Click Download to PDF, Download to Text or Download to Excel to print the report Individual student scores 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Student Responses) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Click on the Responses tab (upper middle of the screen) and select Student Responses a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Click Submit to view the results on the screen or click the small PDF or Excel icons to download and print a copy of the report Individual student scores and how they answered each question 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Raw Student Response Data) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Click on the Responses tab (upper middle of the screen) and select Student Responses a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen 4. Under the blue submit button, you will see the heading “Download Raw Student Response Data.” Click on the Excel icon just under this heading How my students did compared to my school and the whole district 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Performance Summary) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Under Reports, click Performance Summary a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Click View in browser to view the results on the screen c. Click Download to PDF to download a copy of the report This report includes percentage of students scoring at each performance level, average percent correct for each standard and average percent correct for each question group (if applicable) Please note that district percentages are accurate only up to the time you run the report and will not be an accurate representation of district performance until all students have completed the test How my students did compared to each other 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Peer Comparison) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Under Reports, click Peer Comparison a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Select Student from the Generate Report By dropdown menu c. Click View in browser to view the results on the screen d. Click the small PDF or Excel icons to download a copy of the report This report includes question group performance (if applicable), question group performance compared to group (if applicable), standard Performance and standard performance compared to group A detailed report of student performance that I can send home or give to students 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Student & Parent Letters) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Under Reports, click Student & Parent Letters a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Select how much detail you want to appear on the letter from the Additional Filters at the bottom of the screen c. Click View in browser to preview the letters on the screen d. Click Download to PDF to print letters Please note that the letters tend to print better as PDF documents A summary of student performance that I can give to students 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Student Small Slips) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Under Reports, click Student Small Slips a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Choose whether or not you want to show a standard overview and how you want responses displayed (with or without key, incorrect only, etc.) c. Click Preview to preview the first small slip on the screen d. Click Download to PDF to download and print the small slips i. Slips will print about 8 to a page so you will need to cut them apart Standard statistics like mean, median and mode 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Statistics) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Under Reports, click Statistics a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Choose whether you want Test Statistics or Item Statistics then click Submit c. Click the small PDF or Excel icons to download a copy of the report A graphical overview of how my whole class performed 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Teacher Overview) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Under Reports, click Teacher Overview a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Click View in browser to preview the graphs on the screen c. Click Download to PDF or Download to Excel to download and print the reports This report includes performance band distribution, mastered/not mastered distribution, question group performance (if applicable) and standard performance (with descriptions) How individual students did on each standard 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments (Student Overview) 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page 3. Under Reports, click Student Overview a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Click View in browser to preview the report on the screen c. Click Download to PDF or Download to Excel to download and print the reports This report prints about 2 pages per student and includes question group performance (if applicable) and standard performance (with descriptions) I want to compare two tests my class has taken For example: How my class did on a post-test compared to a pre-test or how my class did on their math test compared to how they did on their science test 1. Click on the Assessments tab (upper left corner of the screen), then List Assessments 2. Click on the name of the assessment that you want to look at from the list at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the overview page (Assessment Pivot Table) 3. Under Reports, click Assessment Pivot table a. Use the Courses, Classes and Students dropdown menus to narrow down which classes or students you see on the screen b. Choose either Standard Pivot View or Performance Level Change from the Pivot Type View Dropdown menu c. Click the Choose Assessments button and enter the name of the assessment you want to compare in the search box that appears. d. Select the assessment by clicking on the checkbox to the left of the assessment e. Click View in browser to preview the report on the screen f. Click Download to PDF or Download to Excel to download and print the reports
