There and Back Again
- An Odyssey
Castletown Orchestra
Mid Summer Concert
The Odyssey is the mother of all stories, the ultimate source of myths
and legends full of epic battles, floating islands, one-eyed giants,
angry Gods and powerful magic. Follow CBeebies Patrick Lynch as
he and his companions go on a fantastic 20 years long voyage to get
back home. Miniature worlds come to life on our big screen as we
create them out of sand, stones, fire and water.
Castletown Accordion Orchestra is delighted to be hosting a second
Mid Summer Classical Concert in the lovely surroundings of the
Ramor Theatre. Our first one last year was an amazing success and
we hope to build on it this year. We will be performing a variety of
music including some Latin American, Viennese and Classical.
We are very lucky to have as our special guest’s 3rd level classical
music students from Ireland’s premiere Conservatory, the Royal Irish
Academy of Music.
