Holy Redeemer Hospital is a general medical and surgical
center with 263 beds located in Meadowbrook, PA. The
hospital originally spent over $69,000 each year on lighting
costs for their outdoor parking areas and were ready for a
more cost-effective solution. Aelux recommended a futureready LED solution with daylight and motion sensors that kept
the parking area lit at all times for safety reasons, but only at
full illumination when need be. Holy Redeemer Hospital now

A Less Known Benefit of LEDs: Creating a Healthier Work

We informed you that Delaware Lighting Rebates are back in our last Newsletter, but we wanted to remind
you in case you forgot. Three years after Delaware’s energy efficiency grant program ran out of funds, the
state has reinstituted the popular program, making NOW the best time for Delaware businesses to move
forward with energy efficient lighting projects. We know funds have run out before, so move quickly to
make sure your project gets funded! The Delaware program offers aggressive rebates for high
performance fluorescent and LED technology for interiors, and exterior LED lighting, as well as interior

An Energy Conscious Stadium for Super Bowl 2015

Ready for Super Bowl 2015? Maybe we’re a bit ahead of
ourselves, but we couldn’t wait to share the news that the big
game will be held in a stadium with a playing surface that has
exclusively LED lighting! The University of Phoenix Stadium in
Glendale Arizona recently installed high performance LED
lighting to host not only the Super Bowl, but the Pro Bowl and
Fiesta Bowl as well. We love that many sports facilities are
making energy efficiency upgrades such as LED lighting, and
we only hope to see this trend continue. For more details on
