Please note that Xtreme rhythmiX intends to host three competitions during 2014, two of which are sanctioned competitions. All Xtreme rhythmiX gymnasts are expected to compete at these competitions. At the beginning of term 1, each gymnast will be asked to submit an Expression of Interest form to select which competitions (other than those run by Xtreme) they wish to attend. This is to give us an idea as to how many coaches and judges the club will need to send to these competitions and in some cases, book airfares as early as possible to minimise costs. Each gymnast’s entry will be confirmed as each competition deadline falls due. If you then decide to withdraw from a competition, you will still be levied. In the event of illness or injury, a doctor’s certificate is required which will enable you to claim a refund for your entry fee from the competition organisers. The proposed competitions for 2014 are as follows: National Competitions (All competitive levels unless otherwise noted / * denotes a sanctioned competition) May 3 / 4 Auckland Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships* (A new Xtreme competition) June 7 / 8 Wellington Opens* June 14 / 15 Counties Manukau* July 5 / 6 Spiralz* July 12 / 13 Otago Rhythmic Gymnastics* – L4-10, Stages, Jnr, Snr July 19 / 20 Argos RG Comp Aug 16 / 17 North Shore Competition* (Competition hosted by Xtreme) Sept 6 / 7 Xtreme Competition (Competition hosted by Xtreme) Oct 7-11 Nationals (Auckland) - Qualified L4-10, Stages, Jnr, Snr, Grade 4-7 XTREME RHYTHMIX CODE OF CONDUCT Please review these rules and expectations with your daughter.
