COMPETITION DATES
Xtreme rhythmiX are unable to support every competition run throughout the year so instead
choose competitions that will provide the best environment for your daughters’ development.
Please note that Xtreme rhythmiX intends to host three competitions during 2014, two of which
are sanctioned competitions. All Xtreme rhythmiX gymnasts are expected to compete at these
competitions.
At the beginning of term 1, each gymnast will be asked to submit an Expression of Interest form to
select which competitions (other than those run by Xtreme) they wish to attend. This is to give us
an idea as to how many coaches and judges the club will need to send to these competitions and in
some cases, book airfares as early as possible to minimise costs.
Each gymnast’s entry will be confirmed as each competition deadline falls due. If you then decide
to withdraw from a competition, you will still be levied. In the event of illness or injury, a doctor’s
certificate is required which will enable you to claim a refund for your entry fee from the
competition organisers.
The proposed competitions for 2014 are as follows:
National Competitions (All competitive levels unless otherwise noted / * denotes a sanctioned competition)
May 3 / 4
Auckland Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships* (A new Xtreme competition)

Terms are based on a guaranteed 36 weeks of tuition over the year. Xtreme rhythmiX will
charge each gymnast an administration charge each term – this amount may vary and is

technical members (coaches and judges) of the club.
Fees may be paid each term or annually in advance. Payment instalment options are also
available (please contact the treasurer to discuss: [email protected]). Please
note however, all term fees must be fully paid up by the end of each term.

right to suspend the gymnast from training. Xtreme rhythmiX also reserves the right to
engage a debt collection agency to recover any outstanding fees and any associated costs
