Villa is located in a visible significant venue – right across from the main entrance into
the territory. It highly respects the traditional architecture of Mežaparks surroundings by
having greenery in its front yard and accentuating entrance of the building with its parade
stairs. Building dimension separates street part area and is surrounded by a private land plot
in the southern-western part. To have the traditional park sense of the historical Mežaparks
extended, the building has been partially deepened in an artifical salient, seen from the
entrance side as a greening plot of land bank. There are living premises, a kitchen, as well
as sauna with a recreation area and outdoor swimming-pool set up in this artifically created
“dune”. As a contrasting construction volume there is a one-piece, geometrically accurate
rectangular having planned bedrooms with utility rooms on its second floor located on this
dune. Garage for two cars is hidden in the artifical slope behind the building.
