a dozen eggs are an award winning brand, design and web agency
based in the Midlands. Combining the importance of brand clarity with
the impact of great design, ensuring that communication and tone of
voice is always spot on.
Future Fresh are a Nottingham based company who produce innovative
animation and visually stunning 3D CGI, creating magic through motion
and bringing bright ideas to life with passion and drive.
How do we price?
We price our animations by the minute - as well as by the complexity of
the treatment. Our recommendation is that most animations used for
promotions shouldn’t succeed 90 seconds - watch these examples to see
how much you can fit into that time frame!

Is everything included?
The entire process is included within the quote, apart from the voiceover
costs. This is due to the fact that voiceovers differ in price, with different
needs.
The Process
Initial meeting
We would love to meet / arrange a phone call to discuss your
requirements. Some of the questions we will ask you are:
Who is your target audience?
What is the estimated duration of the animation?
Do you have a brand the animation needs to fit into?
Have you seen other animations where the style feels like it
would suit your requirements?
Do you have a budget?
Quote
a dozen eggs will provide you with a fixed price quote, and a
statement of work.
Script writing and editing
You will provide a dozen eggs with a script, which we can edit and
refine if needed. If a copywriter is needed - we can supply a list of
recommended people. Remember that certain things can be
communicated visually rather than verbally.
Moodboards
We will send you a selection of existing illustration styles, and ask you
to circle the illustrations you like, and cross out the ones you don’t. This
ensures we are on the same visual wavelength!
Illustration style
a dozen eggs will then provide a number of illustration styles so that
you are confident in the style selected before the animation begins.
Storyboarding
Using the script and illustration style a dozen eggs will produce
storyboard concepts and a narrative for the animation.

Voiceover
When the script and storyboard is signed off, it’s time for the voiceover
to be supplied! We can suggest voiceover artists, or you may already
have someone is mind. The voiceover files will then be sent to
animators, Future Fresh.
Design sign off
Once the designs have been approved, and any modifications made
the designs are sent to Future Fresh.
Animation
The designs will then come to life! Future Fresh will animate the designs,
and a password protected file will be sent ready for modifications.
Once the animation has been completed you will receive the file ready
to upload directly to your own website, or to YouTube.
