Automatically Wrap Text in a Cell
You may want text to appear on multiple lines in a cell.
To Copy an Appointment / Meeting:
Method A:
1. Click on the appointment / meeting that you want
to copy.

2. Press the Ctrl key.
3. Drag and Drop the appointment to the new date
and / or time.
There are two methods to wrap the text:
 Automatically based on the width of the cell
 Manually Enter a Line Break at a Specific Point
in the cell
To Wrap Text Automatically in a Cell:
1. Select the cell(s) that contain the text that you
want to wrap.
2. On the Home tab, in the Alignment group, click
Wrap Text.
Note: You may also
Ctrl + drag the
appointment / meeting
to a date on the Date
Navigator.
4. Open the copied appointment / meeting and make
the required changes.
Method B:
1. Click on the appointment / meeting that you want
to copy.
Note: The text in the cell wraps to fit the column
width. If the width of the column is changed, the
wrapping of the text is automatically adjusted.
2. Press Ctrl + C to copy the existing appointment /
meeting.
If the wrapped text is not visible, the height of the row
will need to be adjusted.
3. Go to the new date and time on your Outlook
Calendar.

Rearrange Your Slides
In Slide Sorter view Drag and Drop a slide to move it to
a new location.
PowerPoint
1. On the bottom right hand corner, click Slide Sorter
view.

Check Your Spelling as You Type
or
As you type a red wavy line appears under any words
that are not listed in Word’s dictionary (that is, any
misspellings or names) or duplicate words (such as
the the).
On the View tab, in the Presentation Views, click
Slide Sorter.
Word
1. Right-click the word
with a red wavy
line.
2. Select the slide(s) you want to move.
3. Drag the selected slide to a new location.
A vertical line appears where the slide(s) will be moved
when you release the mouse.

spelling
