Click on the appointment / meeting that you want to copy. Note: The text in the cell wraps to fit the column width. If the width of the column is changed, the wrapping of the text is automatically adjusted. 2. Press Ctrl + C to copy the existing appointment / meeting. If the wrapped text is not visible, the height of the row will need to be adjusted. 3.
