THE SPOKANE EXPERIENCE

FOCUS
In the month of September (year unknown) a major hurricane will rage out of the Gulf of Mexico and
demolish an area stretching from Florida to New Orleans. This significant storm event will be followed by the
“Accidental Nuclear Attack” (initiated by Russia) in the month of December during which four U.S. cities will be
hit by Russian nuclear bombs. The four cities are: Lexington, KY; Richmond, VA; Columbia, SC, and New York
City. The nuclear bomb aimed at New York City will wobble off course and strike north of New York City in a
valley named Jones Point, NY. This will cause serious damage to New York City itself, but it will not destroy it.
Two years after this catastrophic event, an all-out Nuclear War will explode enveloping the U.S. in a
massive nuclear attack. In this time, Spokane, Washington, will be hit and destroyed by a nuclear-tipped cruise
missile from an enemy submarine off the west coast.
At about the time of the “Accidental Nuclear Attack” (which will happen in the month of December), a
major earthquake will strike and devastate the city of Spokane, Washington. In this time, prior to the major
earthquake, it is believed that the Washington lottery will draw a 285 and that this will precede a “foreshock”—an
earthquake of approximately 4 magnitude. This “foreshock quake” will come just before the major earthquake, a
6.4 magnitude intensity earthquake.
Again, at about the time of the accidental nuclear attack Spokane will be hit by a major earthquake and
two years after the accidental nuclear attack and this earthquake, the city will be laid waste in a nuclear holocaust.
HISTORY
The revelations and Word of GOD are at times seamless, and can touch on a multitude of subjects in a few
phrases. The capacity to distinguish the nuances in GOD’S Word is only acquired in time. More often than not, His
prophets make many wrong turns and/or draw wrong assumptions before they obtain the seasoning to rightly
divide His Word and grasp His deeper meaning often hidden in plain view.
A simple example of this is found in His Word to me back on August 14, 1979. Here, JESUS spoke of a
broad judgment touching on four areas: political, industrial, economic and in the earth. In this Word JESUS
would say this: “ . . . SEPTEMBER 9, 10, 11 ARE DANGEROUS, THE MOST TERRIBLE IS THE 11th . . .
TERRIBLE TIMES ARE UPON THIS NATION AND TERROR IS NOT AFAR OFF.”
In 1979 we would see shadowy events connected to these dates, but it was not until September 11, 2001
(some 22 years later) that we would see the “terrible times and terror” that JESUS spoke of in 1979. Even then, in
2001, we did not see a fulfillment of His Word of 1979, but only that we had entered the time He warned of back in
1979. The opportunity of the Church in America to heed His Word, to repent and pray and see these judgments
cancelled was not seized upon. The opportunity was present for 22 years and then it ended on September 11, 2001.
Young prophets often miss timing on the judgments JESUS reveals to them because they readily fail to
recognize just how deep God’s patience and desire is to extend mercy and time, whereby His People might repent
and pray. Another reason why prophets readily fail to get timing right is because the Revelations/Visions/Words
they receive from the Lord GOD always carry an imminence in them, making it easy to assume it will happen very
soon. Again, as stated, the seasoning a prophet of JESUS needs only comes with time and often with lumps and
bumps along the way.
WHAT FOLLOWS . . .
What follows in the remainder of this document is a complex Revelation stretching back to 1979. This
Revelation from JESUS has many unexpected twists and turns matched with prophetic events that confirmed His
Word all along the way. Yet, in spite of this, it is largely ignored and disregarded by the church system of man.
This willful rejection of His Word is akin to a man standing on a railway track with his back to an oncoming
locomotive. Though warned, they will not look back to see it coming, they are preoccupied with building sand
castles on the track. They do not hear it coming, they do not see it coming though they could: That high speed
mass of steel and wheels is bearing down on them. They will not be awakened by the impact; they will, instead, be
splattered.
This story begins in the city of Spokane in the year of 1979, now (in 2009—nearly2010) some 30 years
ago.
“FINAL WARNINGS”
In the early years of walking with JESUS (1971-1976), He often told me that He had sent me with “FINAL
WARNINGS.” In that He had given me a message for His People warning of coming judgment I perceived that
others had come before me and that I was one of the last to warn before this judgment would fall. In bringing His
Word warning of coming judgment, I found that indeed others had come before me, and for many, many years

John, a friend of the Crosby family, invited me to come to Spokane and helped pay my way (I lived in
Chicago at this time). When I arrived I was quite surprised to learn that John had arranged speaking engagements
for me on Spokane’s local TV (Cal Fankhauser’s morning show on KHQ TV), then on the Northwest Christian TV
Network, and then on a local radio program. Some years earlier, JESUS had told me that I would be on TV and
now I found myself unexpectedly scheduled. On secular TV (KHQ) I would have five minutes to present the
judgment message, but on the Christian TV Network I was assured an hour.
The moment the Christian TV Network learned that I was a JESUS’ prophet and had a judgment message
they cancelled me immediately. That was okay with me as I was nervous enough as it was. I prayed long and hard
for HOLY SPIRIT help in that it usually took me half an hour to warm up to the judgment message, so presenting
it in five minutes would not be easy.
The five-minute spot on the morning show went well. The HOLY SPIRIT helped wonderfully and I was
enabled to boil the judgment message down to a five-minute presentation. A guest who came on before me, a
woman, blanched white on hearing God’s Word, she was deeply shaken to say the least. Cal seemed to handle it
well and it was a friendly interchange.
Immediately after completing my five-minute spot, I was told that the president of the Christian TV
Network was on the phone and wanted to talk to me. He asked if we could have lunch together and wanted to hear
my testimony. I agreed and we met.
This brother (the president of the Christian TV Network in the Pacific Northwest) told me quite a story.
He had planned to go out in the field that day to do some work but JESUS told him to stay in his office. When I
appeared on KHQ TV (the Fankhauser morning show), the switchboard at the Christian TV Network lit-up and
the question everyone was asking was, “There is a prophet in Spokane, why isn’t he on our TV?!” He then told me
that other prophets had been sent to Spokane with judgment warnings but all had been rejected. However, in the
past six months, a prophetic Word was circulating in the Body of Christ in Spokane that the Lord GOD going to
send one last prophet with “Final Warnings” and if he was rejected, Spokane would be destroyed. He then
looked at me straight in the eyes and said, “You are that prophet with the Final Warnings!”
His conclusion resonated with me immediately. It was exactly what JESUS had told me for years, that He
had sent me with “Final Warnings.”
This brother arranged for a taping session to be made, he would conduct the interview and gave me quite
a bit of leeway in what I could say in presenting JESUS ‘ Word of coming judgment. However, he had to submit
this video to a board of local pastors who would have to approve it before it could be aired.
The board of pastors rejected the video and it would not be aired on the Pacific Northwest’s Christian TV
Network. One congregation went into an uproar and demanded to see the video, so it was arranged to show it to
them via closed circuit TV. The President of the Christian TV resigned his position, sold his business and home
and moved out of Spokane. I never heard from him again, but it was obvious that he was not going to be in
Spokane when the judgment of God fell.
The radio broadcast was quite a bit of fun as the host was something like a Will Rogers, very folksy and
also very serious beneath the humor. He introduced me to his radio audience as a “Prophet with the usual gloom.
and doom message but different in that it has a happy ending.”
The trail of revelation concerning the Pacific Northwest and Spokane did not end with the Church’s
rejection of JESUS’ Word. In 1981, JESUS sent me and two other prophets on a prophetic mission to the Pacific
Northwest. On the trip we would drive through Spokane on our way to Seattle. Some miles west of Spokane we all
saw the same vision that caught us all by surprise. We saw what seemed to be a missile fly by at what seemed
rooftop level heading east; it was so fast that all we saw was a black blur flash by us. Then we all saw a mushroom
cloud rise above Spokane. The city had just been hit by a nuclear blast. It was clearly a vision and we all saw it but
what kind of missile was it? We had no idea. When would this happen? We had no insight about timing, but we
clearly saw Spokane being enveloped in a nuclear fireball.
At the time we were unaware of the fact that near Spokane was Fairchild Airbase that would or had
stationed B52 bombers there. In later years it was apparent to me that we had all seen what is called a cruise
missile, something that did not exist in 1981: a super sonic missile that could fly under radar at tree top level to a
target. Sometime in 1983, I would see a news report that the Soviet Union had added several new targets to be hit
in the event of a nuclear war with the U.S. and Spokane, Washington was a new target for a nuclear strike in the
event of war.
From my perspective, this revelation had come full circle. JESUS sent me to Spokane in early 1979 and
arranged that I speak on local TV and Radio to issue “Final Warnings” to His People. The Church leadership
rejected God’s Word thus coming under a death sentence, the consequence of their sins. Two years later, JESUS
revealed the “how” this judgment would destroy Spokane, by a nuclear fireball. In another two years we learned
that the Soviet Union had added Spokane as a target for nuclear attack. The “when” this would happen was of
little consequence. The clock was ticking down to nuclear fireball day. In my experience with God’s People who
reject His Word, no proof is sufficient and no warning is heeded. And, all this while the Lord GOD will/has
extended Spokane time upon time to reconsider and to repent. There has been no hint of any kind of willingness
to do anything like that. Just as with JESUS’ Word in 1979 about September 11th being a terrible day, a day of
terror, the opportunity to escape that outcome was let go and with bloody and deadly certainty that day came
September 11, 2001.
However, the revelation about Spokane was not complete and it has proved to be one piece in a much
greater picture of coming judgment. The revelations of the Lord GOD can be like a grand puzzle where the Lord
gives you one piece of that puzzle which initially seems complete in itself. In time it becomes obvious that various
other revelations tie into other revelations and that in assembling them properly one can see a much larger
picture.
MOUNT VERNON, WASHINGTON
Mount Vernon, Washington is a small town some 70 miles north of Seattle on the Pacific side of the
Cascade Mountains. I would relocate from Chicago, Illinois to Mount Vernon to marry my bride, Nancy-TONI, on
February 28, 1987. We would live in one room in the basement of Nancy-TONI’s parents house and ran the
ministry from a table in that basement room. Support for the ministry was at an all time low and in many respects
we were operating the Ministry on fumes—barely.
The heart of the Ministry starting in 1976 was in a work of prayer for revival in the church and calling
God’s people to pray to withstand judgments. This work of prayer intercession and Strategic Spiritual Warfare
continued from year to year with many powerful and visible answers to prayer-intercession by the Lord our GOD.
Slowly, the financial support necessary to continue the conduct of prayer operations improved from 1987 to 1988.
In December 1988, JESUS’ Word came whereby He called for prayer by the local churches in the Mount
Vernon area that initially focused on ten churches and then extended to every church in the Mount Vernon valley,
some 113 churches all told.
Also in December 1988, the Lord JESUS warned of a coming earthquake, a major earthquake to strike the
Mount Vernon area, that would cause widespread destruction and loss of life unless there was concerted prayer to
withstand this judgment. In His Word of December 1988 JESUS revealed that this major earthquake was only one
part of a series of earth troubles (volcanic and earthquakes) that would impact the U.S. and Canada, from Alaska
through Mount Vernon to Seattle and then onto California and eastwards across the nation.
JESUS spoke of an evidence by making reference to the number 103. Within a week’s time of getting
JESUS ‘ Word and call to prayer out to the select pastors in the Mount Vernon area, an Islamic terrorist bomb
exploded destroying a passenger aircraft over Scotland: Flight 103, killing all aboard and many on the ground. The
selected pastors rejected that evidence of December 21, 1988 and did not call their congregations to pray.
One of the pastors was so bold as to say to his congregation that Jesus had told him that there would be no
earthquake in Mount Vernon, Washington.
Then it began: on February 5, 1989, Mount Vernon was shaken by a 3.5 Richter earthquake. No one in
living memory had every felt or heard of an earthquake in this region and when the ground moved beneath them,
many locals asked, “What is that? Why is the ground moving?”
JESUS would send Nancy-TONI and I on a teaching trip eastwards across the U.S. and Canada. Hours
after we left, driving eastwards on February 14, 1989, a 4.9 Richter earthquake shook Mount Vernon followed by
11 aftershocks. Seismologists rushed to the area with their earthquake machines to record this unusual behavior.
All told well more than 22 earthquakes struck Mount Vernon, Washington in February and March of 1989.
One church of the 113 we contacted had called their congregation to pray and, though the prayers were
few and weak, the Lord stayed the execution of judgment. That church (located in Lyman, Washington) which did
pray would later (in 1989) repent of having prayed and then was an offence to the HOLY SPIRIT. JESUS revealed
that the judgment of GOD placed a fireball eight miles under that church which would rise one mile every year
until it surfaced. While we lived in the Mount Vernon area, that judgment was stayed and like a clock, it was
stopped. In 1999 JESUS relocated us to Spokane, Washington and the clock began ticking. Eight years from 1999,
in 2007, a fire erupted in that Lyman Church and it burned to the ground.
It is the nature of a prophet’s call that when they find a people who respond to God’s Word, who pray
and/or repent, that imminent judgments can be cancelled. The Lord had revealed that a major earthquake could
hit Chicago July 5, 1979 and directed me to call for prayer with urgency. In this we would reach well over ten
thousand churches with God’s Word and heard that some 80 pastors did call their congregations to pray. The level
of prayer was such that this judgment was wholly cancelled, there was no earthquake. Considerable scorn fell on
my head because of God’s answer to the prayers of His people. I would learn from this unpleasant experience in
1979 that my job was to succeed in seeing judgment cancelled, and if it hit full force I would have failed in my
mission to turn back judgment.
As prayer declined in America judgment was no longer being entirely cancelled, lacking the necessary
prayer, some level of judgment was coming through. These judgment events were foreshadows of what would
come later full blast as well as obvious confirmations of JESUS’ Word.
The multitude of earthquakes to shake Mount Vernon in 1989 were evidence of the imminence of JESUS’
Word concerning judgment, and revealed that the level of prayer was also insufficient to withstand judgment.
In 1989, JESUS revealed to us that He would relocate us to a house east of the Cascade Mountains in
Washington State. He did not say when or exactly where He would relocate us and though we prayed about this
and asked He said nothing more.
In 1988 and 1989, JESUS’ Word started to come that opened our eyes to things coming we had no insight
into before.
Then, on December 31. 1988, JESUS said: “WE WANT NO MAN TO PERISH, NOR DO YOU . . . YET IT
IS FOR THEIR HARDNESS OF HEART THAT THEY DECIDED TO LOOSE JUDGMENT ON THEMSELVES . . .
WHAT COMES NOW TO THE NORTHWEST U.S.A. IS MORE THAN AN EARTHQUAKE, BUT PESTILENCE
AND SEVERE WEATHER AND DROUGHT UNLIKE EVER SEEN BEFORE.WHILE YOU REMAIN HERE, I
LESSEN ALL THIS FOR MY NAME’S SAKE WHEN I RELOCATE YOU MY HOLY SPIRIT WILL DEPART AND
DARKNESS WILL COVER THE LAND . . .”
Here JESUS defined the area He spoke of as being the northwestern U.S., a fairly large region. He also
revealed that the judgment would be more than earthquakes. JESUS also made it plain that while we remained in
the Mount Vernon areas that He would lessen judgments and that when He relocated us judgment would fall,
darkness would cover the land.
On January 2, 1989, JESUS said: “I WILL NOT REVEAL THE TIMING, JUDGMENT NOW WILL BE
THREE TIMES GREATER, IT WILL COME SUDDENLY AND WITHOUT WARNING.”
Here JESUS made it plain that He would not reveal the timing of the judgments He has warned were
coming. The HOLY SPIRIT would give me to understand that God’s people in the Church, often the Church
leadership, were “binding” His prophets and that they did not want to hear about judgment or the timing of
judgment. The effect of that behavior was that JESUS would not reveal the timing of judgment; instead judgment
would come without warning.
On May 18, 1989, JESUS said: “ . . . WHEN REPORTERS INTERVIEW—REMIND THEM OF MY WORD,
WHEN THEY ASK “When?” SAY I SAY: WATCH THE 19th, LET THEM ASSUME WHAT THEY WILL. I HAVE
GIVEN YOU A DATE, NOT THE DATE, HE WHO IS WISE, HE WHO IS DISCERNING, HE WHO TRUSTS IN
ME AND BELIEVES MY WORD—THIS ONE WILL UNDERSTAND IN A DAY’S TIME.”
Here, on May 18, 1989, JESUS told me that reporters would come to see me and gave me a response if
they asked the question, “When?” My experience with reporters has been something less than pleasant, to say the
least, so I was not looking forward to meeting any for any reason.
On June 1. 1989, JESUS told me: “FOR THE PRESENT TIME LEAVE CONCERNS IN MY HANDS, I AM
WELL ABLE TO DO ALL THINGS . . . PREPARE TO ENDURE A SHAKING IN THE EARTH IN THIS AREA,
NOTHING OF YOURS WILL COME TO ANY HARM. I LESSEN THIS SHAKING FOR YOUR SAKES . . . THE
NUMBER 162 WILL APPEAR IN WASHINGTON STATE LOTTERY ON TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS THIS
MONTH . . . ONE TRUE, ONE WITH THE FIRST TWO DIGITS REVERSED IN THIS ORDER . . .”
At this time we prayed and it was discerned that this earthquake would be a 6.1 Richter intensity and
would strike on June 25th. On June 25, 1989, Hawaii was shaken by a 6.1 Richter earthquake. We recognized that
we were seeing an early judgment pattern that both confirmed His Word and affirmed that this would be a serious
judgment when it struck. More, we had a date, JUNE 25th, and the approximate size of the earthquake, a 6.1-plus
Richter.
JUNE 25th EARTHQUAKE (6.1 RICHTER, YEAR UNKNOWN):
“EARLY JUDGMENT PATTERN” OR “A SHADOWY JUDGMENT”
Early judgment patterns, which we also know as “shadowy judgments” often emerge following a
revelation from JESUS. They tend to conform to His Word but often lack the intensity and lethal nature He warns
would come. We take these as both “early warnings” and “confirmations” of what He is revealing. We sometimes
know them as “shadowy judgments” because they are like a shadow of the real event.
“Shadowy judgments” also tell us something else and that is that prayer is insufficient to cancel the
judgment. In the earlier years prayer was sufficient to see a judgment cancelled, nothing happened. As time wore
on, there was less and less prayer and so we began to observe and record what we now know as “shadowy
judgments” or “judgment patterns”. Again, events having a dimension of what JESUS warned were coming. A
“shadowy judgment” told us prayer was insufficient, but it also told us that the ‘opportunity’ to turn back this
judgment through repentance and prayer was present.
ASSUMPTIONS
When JESUS told me on June 1. 1989 JESUS to: “ . . . PREPARE TO ENDURE A SHAKING IN THE
EARTH IN THIS AREA, NOTHING OF YOURS WILL COME TO ANY HARM. I LESSEN THIS SHAKING FOR
YOUR SAKES . . .” we were living in the Mount Vernon, Washington area. We naturally assumed that this
“shaking” or earthquake would happen in the area we lived in: the Mount Vernon area. That proved to be correct
in a broad sense, but it was not the Mount Vernon area that JESUS had spoken about in 1989.
In those years, we worked to figure out in what year this “shaking” would happen, but there was no insight
to answer our inquiry.
On July 26, 1989, JESUS said this: “NOW IS A TIME WHEN JUDGMENTS ARE MOVING TO
COMPLETION IN EVERY RESPECT, WHEN MERCY THAT HAS WITHSTOOD IN ALL THESE IS TESTED IN
THE RESOLVE OF MY PEOPLE TO ENDURE IN PRAYER OR TO NOT ENDURE, WHEREBY WHAT WAS
WITHSTOOD IS LOOSED. YET ALSO THE OPPORTUNITY WHEREBY THOSE WHO HAVE LOOSED MIGHT
REPENT AND PRAY AND WITHSTAND WHAT THEY HAVE LOOSED . . . THE CHURCH LEADERSHIP . . .
REJECTED ME RESOLUTELY, THEY NEITHER WANT MY SEAL NOR GOD’S HELP, AND SO I HAVE TAKEN
MY HAND AWAY FROM THEM . . . THIS VALLEY AND SO THE NATION WILL NOW ENDURE FIVE
JUDGMENTS, IT IS SET AND ESTABLISHED AND YET THE FIFTH MAY YET BE TURNED BACK IN PRAYER
. . .”
A constant component in every revelation of the Lord GOD warning of coming judgments was the call and
opportunity of prayer to change the outcome. Those who did pray would withstand judgment to some extent,
those who did not would loose judgment as well.
AN ASTRONOMICAL “SHADOW”
On July 26, 1989, JESUS said this: “IN THE HEAVENS IT EXPLODES IN A FURY, A VIOLENCE
REFLECTING WHAT’S BEEN DONE AND SO THE PACE QUICKENS, FIRE IN THE HEAVENS AND FEAR ON
EARTH, FOLLOWED BY TERROR AND PANIC, AND YET NOT A HAIR OF MY SEALED LAMBS SHALL BE
SINGED, NOR SHALL ANY HARM COME TO THEM. FOR THE SAKE OF THOSE WHO ARE MINE, I WILL
SPARE MANY AND MUCH, YET TERRIBLE LOSS IS IRREVERSIBLE. IN THE NEXT EIGHT DAYS WATCH
THE HEAVENS AND SKIES ABOVE. ABIDE IN ME.”
Starting in 1979, JESUS began revealing that objects from outer space were on a collision course with
earth, and again the call was for prayer to withstand these astronomical destructions. Because in some visions,
one object looked like a fiery star so we came to call these astronomical objects, “Tiny Stars.”
In this Word, JESUS was quite specific that this object would hurtle towards earth visibly, more that it
would come in the month of July. Again, the year was not known. A mere five years later and in the month of July,
1994 we would see a “shadowy judgment” emerge.
SHOEMAKER-LEVY COMET COLLIDE WITH JUPITER: JULY 16-27, 1994
News sources reported that 21 fragments of a comet hit Jupiter in a 12-day period. The comet was torn
apart by the gravitational pull of Jupiter and slammed into the planet over a 12-day period. The
astronomical/scientific world was stunned, for until this time scientific theory held that catastrophic events were
not a natural occurrence.
The total force of the 21 collisions was estimated at 100 million megatons of TNT. The first explosions
alone were measured at 200,000 megatons—more than all the combined nuclear arsenals of the world, leaving a
hole in Jupiter half the size of the earth.
Again, this event both confirmed JESUS ‘ Word of July 26, 1989 and told us that we were likely looking at
some fragments of a comet that would slam into the earth at some time in the future. In that we have prayed
constantly about these “Tiny Stars” since 1980, the cumulative effect of all these years of prayer would be
significant, nonetheless something would eventually hit the earth and it would be devastating. The general Church
response has been the usual, a “ho hum.”
Then on August 13.1989, JESUS said this: “ . . .THE PACE OF JUDGMENTS WILL QUICKEN AND
COME IN SUDDEN SEVERE BLOWS . . . NOW IN A TIME NOT DISTANT PREPARE AGAIN TO ENDURE A
SHAKING, AND IN THIS MOMENT THE FORMER IS PAST AND WHAT COMES IS WHAT YOU KNEW TO
EXPECT. WATCH THE 19th FOR AN ENSIGN, YOU WILL SEE, YOU WILL KNOW THE MEANING. I WILL
SPEAK TO YOU AGAIN.”
When JESUS said, “ . . . PREPARE AGAIN TO ENDURE A SHAKING,” He was talking about a repeat
event, one that had NOT yet happened. There was no shaking in the Mount Vernon areas in June, July, or August
of 1989.
When JESUS said, “ . . . WHAT COMES IS WHAT YOU KNEW TO EXPECT,” I understood that I
expected to see a major earthquake strike.
When JESUS spoke again of, “WATCHING THE 19th”, this remained a mystery. It was a mystery event,
but it would be something I would recognize when it happened.
SEEING “FAR AHEAD”
There were many times when JESUS spoke of events so far ahead in time that I was often left amazed. He
spoke of things I would be doing years before I would do them. He spoke of places I would be long before I would
be there. He was so far ahead of me that the best thing I could do is record His Word and pray, be patient, and
wait on Him. Many a time we worked to sort it all out: to figure out what He meant and when it would happen, but
these always became exercises in futility. Until He elected to “open our eyes” to see and understand the deeper
meaning of His Word, the best we could do was to embrace the obvious and literal meaning apparent in His Word
and trust Him for the rest.
On August 28,1989, JESUS said this, “EXPECT TO SEE 285. EARTHQUAKES WILL RE-EMERGE IN
THIS LOCALE WITH INCREASING INTENSITY AND FREQUENCY . . . YOU WILL FEEL THE SHAKINGS
COMING, THE FACE OF THIS LAND WILL CHANGE AND CHANGE AGAIN UNTIL CHAOS AND FEAR
REIGNS.” In this Word JESUS identifies a lottery drawing, a number (285) that will precede earthquakes in
“THIS LOCALE.” Again, JESUS qualifies that we will feel/experience these earthquakes.
Then on October 9, 1990, JESUS said: “NEAR MONTH’S END, FIRST A TREMOR, AND INSIDE OF 18
HOURS A STRONG QUAKE. DAMAGE LIMITED TO A GIVEN AREA BUT MANY LEFT SHAKEN, TERRIFIED.
SUNDAY.”
Here JESUS reveals that there would be a warning tremor some 18 hours before the major earthquake.
From His Word one can deduce that it would happen towards the end of the month of October and that this major
quake would hit on a Sunday. Again, the year is not revealed.
WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM HIS WORD?
What is the value of His Word and warnings, would they benefit everyone?
JESUS addressed this issue in many ways over the years. He did so on January 14, 1989, when JESUS said
this, “AND THOUGH I SHOW YOU MUCH OF TIMING, I WILL NOT REVEAL THE TIME OF THE
EARTHQUAKE AND NOW VOLCANIC ERUPTION. THOSE WHO BELIEVE ME, PRAY AND TRUST ME, I
WILL KEEP, ALL THE REST WILL BE CAUGHT UNAWARES SUDDENL YTHOUGH THE SIGNS OF THESE
THINGS WILL BE VERY EVIDENT, AND MINE WILL SEE IT COMING. THOSE WHO HATE ME ARE BLIND
TO THE EVIDENT. ABIDE IN ME.”
RELOCATION: 1999
By 1999, support for the ministry enabled us to afford the rent for a two-bedroom apartment in
Burlington, Washington, the next town up just a mile north of Mount Vernon. We had lived there for some years
and the ministry records pretty much filled up the little apartment. The “Y2K” issue was in full bloom and we were
making preparations as we could. Having read a number of books by those who initiated the computer system it
was obvious that a disaster could happen. However, JESUS told me plainly that it would not be as bad as what we
were concerned could happen. Those sounding the alarm motivated many to respond to fix the problem and by
January 1, 2000 disruptions from computer failures were minimal, the Y2K disaster-bullet was dodged.
One day (in 1999), a brother in the Lord whom I had met once, rang our doorbell. Nancy-TONI answered
and he handed her an envelope to give to me. When I opened it I found $700.12 with a note stating, “The Lord led
me to give this to you for your move.” That same day we received a letter from a sister in Christ who lives in San
Francisco, inside was a check for several hundreds of dollars with a similar note. I turned to Nancy-TONI and
commented, “I guess the Lord wants us to move. Any idea as to where?” Nancy- TONI remembered how the Lord
JESUS told her in 1989 that He would relocate us to a town called Colville, Washington. about 70 miles North of
Spokane, Washington. He also told us that He had, “PREPARED A PLACE FOR US” somewhere East of the
Cascade Mountains. It looked like Colville was the place.
We would make a trip to Colville, stopping in Spokane to pick-up at the airport a fellow prophet, RichardDANIEL, who lived in Ohio, also interested in relocating with us. Also, two brothers in Christ who lived in
Portland, Oregon drove up to join us in the search. The “Y2K” scare had a lot of people looking to relocate to the
country away from the big cities that would become disaster zones if the computers all failed.
When we arrived at Colville we found that there was literally no room available, the town was taken up
with Y2K relocaters. Every apartment was rented, every trailer rented, and all summed up there was, “no room at
the Inn.”
THE VISION
A week before we drove up to Colville during our abiding time, I saw a very clear vision of a road that led
to what looked like a farmhouse. It was very distinct and clear. I noted the details and wondered if this was the
place the Lord would have us relocate to. However, JESUS said nothing about this vision.
While we were up at Colville we decided to look at real estate to see if perhaps we might jointly buy a piece
of property. The Real Estate Agent spent nearly half an hour trying to discourage us from moving up, a strange
sales pitch to say the least. We took one of their Real Estate Magazines and decided to drive around and see what
was available. One showed a picture of a farmhouse in the countryside. As we drove up to this place I immediately
recognized that this was the one I had seen in the vision. However the house itself was very small and very old.
While the property had some eight out buildings, none had foundations and stood on dirt and were in bad shape.
This place was wholly unsuitable.
Why the vision?
By 1999, I was no longer a green or young prophet. I had been seasoned by experience over many years
and recognized that the Lord had not given me this vision. I had simply seen a place we would visit. It had no
more meaning than that. At every turn we kept hitting stonewalls on this trip, all indications that we were NOT to
move here. JESUS was silent at this time, something I had also gotten used to, as the Lord will bring us to rely on
the subtle leading of the HOLY SPIRIT and to recognize what the Lord has for us versus what He does not mean
us to have.
After a few days we gave-up and decided to return home. We drove Richard-DANIEL back to the Spokane
airport. He asked us to stop at a 7/11 to pick-up a Sunday Newspaper but then forgot to take it with him and left it
in the back seat.
Back in Burlington, I was a little miffed having spent three days chasing our tails. This exercise in futility
got me a bit cranky and I said, “Lord, we are staying in Burlington!” JESUS instantly replied and said, “YOU WILL
MOVE!” Before I could ask “Where?” Nancy- TONI began reading off houses for rent. I was a bit surprised as the
rent for a four-bedroom home was less than what we were paying for a small two-bedroom apartment. I asked,
“Where are these rental houses?” Nancy-TONI said, “Spokane.” She was reading from the Real Estate Section of
the Spokane Sunday Newspaper Richard-DANIEL had left in the backseat of our car. JESUS now said, “GO TO
SPOKANE WEDNESDAY!”
The house search in Spokane boiled down to three possible rentals. When we went to rent one of them we
found it had been taken so now we were down to two houses and undecided which way to go. We prayed and
asked JESUS to have the owners of the house He wanted us to rent to telephone us before we left Spokane. The
morning of the day we were to return to Burlington, we received a call from the Christian couple, Randy and
Katherine, who were renting one of the houses we had seen. They wanted to talk to us. We dropped by after
checking out of the motel and shared our walk with Jesus. They were still remodeling the house but were nearly
completed in that task. Now they told us, “We have been preparing this house for the couple JESUS wants it for
and you are that couple. “
We immediately remembered what JESUS told us back in 1989, ten years earlier, that He was preparing a
place for us. We were standing in it! We signed the lease and moved in a month later, when the remodeling work
was done, about seven months prior to January 1, 2000.
Some brethren wondered why we were moving into a city just before Y2K (January 1, 2000) hit, when a
massive worldwide failure of computers was expected. We explained that JESUS had clearly led us here, that He
spoke of this place ten years earlier and that Y2K was not going to be as disastrous as many had come to fear.
As we packed and moved from Burlington, Washington and traveled over the Cascade Mountains to
Spokane I did remember His Word of June 1, 1989 when JESUS said: “ . . . PREPARE TO ENDURE A SHAKING
IN THE EARTH IN THIS AREA, NOTHING OF YOURS WILL COME TO ANY HARM. I LESSEN THIS SHAKING
FOR YOUR SAKES . . .”
Would this shaking happen before we moved from the Burlington/Mount Vernon area? It did not. What
did that mean? I did not know, but I was long past questioning JESUS’ Word. The biggest problem I had
experienced in all the years I walked with JESUS was being unable to fully understand everything He was
revealing to me. His Word was solid, but understanding of His Word imperfect.
An example of this was our experience from 1989 to 2004. In 1989, when George H. Bush was President,
JESUS told me that, “PRESIDENT BUSH WOULD BUILD AN ANTIBALLISTI C MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM.”
At the time I was unaware of the fact that Bush Senior had a son named George W., but even if I knew that (which
I did not) it would not have occurred to me that he would become President after his father, George H. Bush. We
knew back in 1987 that then Governor of Arkansas, William Clinton, would become President in 1992, but we had
no insight nor knowledge of George W. Bush.
When George W. Bush appeared on the scene and ran for President in 2000 I recognized that he was the
George Bush JESUS spoke of in 1989. As President he had the anti-ballistic missile defense system built. The
system was installed in 2005.
JUNE 25, 2001 (SPOKANE, WASHINGTON): WE “ENDURE A SHAKING”
It was early in the morning and the sun was coming up. As we stirred from sleep, we heard what sounded
like an explosion and then the whole house shook and trembled. I recognized it was an earthquake and we got up
and turned on the TV. The local news was scanning the city from the top of their TV Building looking for some
sign of where the explosion took place. Suddenly the earth trembled again, this time the news people realized it
was an earthquake.
I said out loud, “Why didn’t JESUS tell us about this?” Nancy-TONI replied, “He did, back in 1989!
The June 25, 2001 earthquake registered 3.7 Richter and was followed by 70 aftershocks. On July 28,
2001, Spokane was again shaken by a 2.1 Richter tremor, followed in quick succession by 1.3 and 1.2 Richter
tremblers. Then, on July 30, 2001, Spokane has a 1.8 Richter trembler followed by a 3.2 Richter quake that was
followed by six aftershocks ranging from 1.5 Richter to 2.2 Richter intensity.
After August 1, 2001, the earth under Spokane quieted down with no further aftershocks. However, it
turned out that we lived close to the epicenter of the earthquakes and we would hear and feel rumblings and miniexplosions for months afterwards.
THE CALL FOR PRAYER
The earthquake of June 25, 2001 brought us to review JESUS ‘ Word for 1989 for we now recognized that
Spokane would be in for some mega-earthquake activity down the road of time.
The earthquake of June 25, 2001 came at the time we discerned it would in 1989 but not in Mount Vernon
areas, but in the city we were living in when it struck, Spokane, Washington. JESUS in saying, “PREPARE TO
ENDURE A SHAKING IN THE EARTH IN THIS AREA” was speaking of the area we would be living in
when it struck. That word was non-definitive and so the exact location was relative to where we were living when
it struck. That did not occur to us until after the quake hit on June 25,2001.That this earthquake lacked the
intensity we discerned it would have back in 1989 (6.1 Richter+) told me that we had just experienced a “shadowy
event” and precursor to the real thing.
We do what we always do in such a situation: we wrote up a report on these events and the revelations of
1989 matched with a call for prayer to lessen the impact and to save life in the event the big quake hit soon. This
call for prayer was sent out to the Net of Prayer, a body of Christian intercessors in this Ministry that pray on the
issues JESUS reveals have need of prayer. We also sent copies to the local media, TV, Radio and Newspapers, as
well as to a selection of local Pastors and numbers of individuals/locals drawn from the Telephone directory.
At this time we were uncertain if the June 25th earthquake was the main event or a precursor to an even
larger event, a major earthquake. In that it fell short of the expected 6.1 + magnitude and intensity it could be
either a “shadowy event”: a warning that the larger event was coming, or it was a foreshock, an event to come just
before the main event. Warning when we were uncertain is risky in that we can come under a lot of criticism if
nothing develops; but on the other hand, failing to alert people to the potential with a call to prayer could result in
a heavy loss of life and destruction of property. In such cases where the issue is uncertain we prefer to weigh in on
the side of caution and work to forewarn God’s People with a call to prayer. Prayer can and has been seen to alter
judgments, to save life and property.
On June 29.2001 JESUS said (in part): “ . . . THE ANGEL OF DEATH IS POISED READY TO BEGIN
ITS HARVEST AMONG THE REBELLIOUS, IT IS CLOSE, VERY CLOSE TO HAVING BEGUN. WHEN DEATH
BEGINS ITS SWEEP NOTHING WILL PREVENT IT, NOTHING WILL BE SPARED OF THAT WHICH IS
WORTHY OF THE JUDGMENT OF DEATH. MEN HAVE SOWN AND THEY ARE ABOUT TO REAP WHAT
THEY HAVE BEEN SOWING FOR MANY YEARS . . . THE EARTHQUAKES COMING WILL BE WIDE
RANGING, SOME MINOR, SOME STRONG, SOME DEADLY, AND FEW WILL BE UNAFFECTED AFTER A
TIME.WHAT COMES TO SPOKANE IS WHAT I TOLD YOU ABOUT MANY YEARS AGO. YOU NOW BEGIN TO
SEE THE VALIDITY OF THE 12-YEAR CYCLE OF JUDGMENT, YOU WILL SEE MUCH MORE IN THE NEXT
MANY MONTHS. THERE IS MUCH TO SEE, MORE TO UNDERSTAND. YOU WONDER IF THERE WILL BE
OTHER DELAYS IN THIS JUDGMENT AS YOU HAVE SEEN OVER THE YEARS FROM TIME TO TIME.
UNDERSTAND THIS, WHAT I TOLD YOU MANY YEARS AGO ON THIS MATTER IS HERE AND NOW, IT IS
NOT GOING TO PASS OVER.HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE OUTCOME IN REGARDS TO THE
EARTHQUAKES THAT YOU HAVE WARNED ABOUT, EVEN AS I MOVED YOU TO WARN ABOUT. THE
ISSUE IS NOT WHAT HAPPENS, THE ISSUE IS HOW MY PEOPLE RESPOND TO MY WORD AND MYW
ARNING, THIS WILL BE THE DETERMINING F ACTORIN THE OUTCOME OF THINGS FOR THEM AND
OTHERS. WHAT MEN THINK ABOUT MY WORD, MY PROPHETS, HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH HOW I VIEW
MY WORD AND MY PROPHETS. I LEAD YOU AS YOU YIELD TO MY SPIRIT AND DO MY WILL. MEN OUGHT
YIELD TO MY WORD BUT FEW ACTUALLY DO, MOST DEBATE, QUESTION, RESIST THE FULL INTENT OF
WHAT I PURPOSE FOR THEM AND SO GAIN LITTLE OF THE BENEFIT WOULD BE TO THEM.”
THE DOUG CLARK ENCOUNTER
Doug Clark is a columnist/journalist who works for the Spokesman Review, the Spokane Newspaper. He
read one of our “calls to prayer” and telephoned wanting to come by and interview me. I obliged. When he first
arrived he was a bit shaken, it was visible and he was quite concerned about what was going to happen next. But
he wanted the kind of information I didn’t have and towards the end of our short conversation became a little
testy. When I tried to explain how a prophet of JESUS works and referred to some of the things JESUS has had
me prophesy that came to pass he brushed that off, showed no interest. What he wanted was “proof’, not
something I could provide unless JESUS gave me that kind of information. JESUS did not provide that kind of
proof.
By July 2001 the intensity of quakes was fading, more, Clark lived in an area that had not felt the initial
quake of June 25th so he began to turn sour and on July 8, 2001 he wrote a scathing article attacking me
personally. 1’d learn from neighbors that Doug Clark was known for this kind of tactic, shredding people in his
articles; he’d made a career out of being mean-spirited.
I had talk to him by phone and when he challenged me to tell him about an earthquake 1’d prophesied
that came to pass I told him about the 7.1 Richter earthquake of October 17, 1989 that shattered San Francisco. On
JESUS’ leading, we had issued a call to prepare and pray to those on our mailing list to expect an earthquake of a
7.1 magnitude to hit California within 48 hours of October 16, 1989. Clark wanted the names and phone numbers
of people who could verify that. I assembled a list of those who would do that but then he never contacted any of
them to confirm this matter. Later he challenged a time frame we had in view for a potential quake in Spokane
and made a bet it would not happen. If he was wrong, he would buy me supper. If he was right, I would buy him
supper. I wasn’t into the bet, but he assumed I was.
The projected time for an earthquake in Spokane did not produce an earthquake, so now Clark would
write another article about me making some brutal accusations aimed at me personally. It was clear from the tone
of his article that he crossed the line and was mocking God.
On July 8, 2001, JESUS said this: “ . . . I SENT YOU HERE TO SPOKANE IN 1979 TO ISSUE FINAL
WARNINGS AND THEY WERE DECIDED THEN TO TURN FROM THE LIGHT AND EMBRACE THE
DARKNESS OF SELF AND SATAN.SOME OF MY PEOPLE IN THIS CITY HA VE PRAYED FOR MY HELP AND
MERCY AND SO WE SENT YOU HERE TO BE A HELP AND TO WITHSTAND THE WORST OF JUDGMENTS
FOR A TIME AND A TIME AND A TIME AND NO MORE. YOU ARE HERE FOR THE SAKE OF THESE FEW
AND TO BE A HELP AND COVER FOR THEM AGAINST WHAT IS COMING. I WILL LEAD THEM OUT OF
THIS PLACE AND TO PLACES OF SAFETY AND YOU WILL REACH THEM WITH MY WORD WHEN THEY
NEED IT. WHEN THE EARTHQUAKES STRIKE YOUR HEART WILL FALL AND YOU WILL GRIEVE OVER
THE SENSELESS LOSS OF LIFE AND HOMES AND BUILDINGS OF EMPLOYMENT. THE BLOOD IS ON THE
HANDS OF THE PASTORS AND THEY WILL NOT ESCAPE WHAT THEY HAVE SOWN, THEY SHALL SURELY
REAP NOT ONLY JUDGMENT BUT GOD’S WRATH. FOR TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN MUCH IS REQUIRED
AND THESE CHURCH LEADERS HAVE BEEN GIVEN MUCH AND DO NOT BEAR FRUIT IN SEASON. THEY
ARE WATERLESS CLOUDS IN A PARCHED LAND.THE EARTHQUAKE TO STRIKE SPOKANE WILL HAVE
ITS EPICENTER TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OF WHERE YOU LIVE, IT WILL RANGE UPWARDS OF A 6.4
RICHTER INTENSITY AND WILL STRIKE DIRECTLY BENEATH THIS CITY, AFTERSHOCKS WILL FOLLOW
MONTHS LATER. I WILL SAFEGUARD YOUR HOME AND POSSESSIONS YET YOU NEED TAKE
APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO BE PREPARED. I WILL LEAD YOU.”
On July 28, 2001, JESUS said this: “THE EARTHQUAKE COMING HERE WILL CENTER TO THE
SOUTH AND EAST IN THE VALLEY. THERE WILL BE SIGNIFICANT LOSS IN LIFE AND PROPERTY. I WILL
LESSEN IT HERE FOR YOUR SAKES.”
THE SCOPE OF REVELATION
When we first received JESUS ‘ Word in 1989 about “THE SHAKING” we considered it a “local
revelation.” The scope of a “local revelation” is limited to a specific area and when it is local, it is often easier to
pinpoint the time for such an event. JESUS continued telling us about this coming judgment and all told this
revelation got fairly complex. When we relocated to Spokane in 1999 much of what JESUS had told us in the
previous ten years was not in the front of our minds, nor was it a focus for prayer.
The June 25, 2001 Spokane earthquake caught us by surprise and we had to dig into the records to review
all JESUS had told us on this matter. The extent of His Word was significant and given time, we realized that the
scope of this revelation was nationwide, not local, and that it spoke of a massive nationwide judgment.
The timing of that judgment had not yet been revealed, we were nearing it but JESUS was telling us that
He would not tell us the time of the big earthquake. I shortly realized that He was not speaking of Spokane but of
Chicago and the Midwest.
The major earthquake to hit Spokane was a small part of a much bigger picture and for that reason we
were unable to narrow it down to a time. If we could we would know the timing for the nationwide judgments and
we didn’t know that. On July 8, 2001, JESUS spoke of “OUR HOME”, but at that time we were renting the house
we lived in, it was not our home in the true sense. In looking at His June 1, 1989 Word He referred to the house we
lived in Spokane as “THE AREA” not “OUR HOME.” That finally told us that JESUS was speaking of a home and
house we would own at some time in the future. There was much more to come and JESUS’ Word kept coming
too.
THE NATIONAL SCOPE OF THE DECISION IN SPOKANE: JULY, 2001
The Lord GOD has given us a unique anointing and a commission that few have or understand, although
it doesn’t take much to grasp if one has faith to receive it.
First, we have God’s anointing to “stand in the GAP for this nation”, which in real terms manifests as the
capacity to withstand judgments and to spare the nation waves of death and destruction. Then, JESUS had sent us
into this world to warn of coming judgments and to extend His people an opportunity to head-off disaster in both
God’s Wrath and judgment. In this He would have us speak to a select number of people and pastors who would
by His HOLY SPIRIT represent all His people and Church leaders across North America. Their response would be
the response of all. We have come to know this as the “Church decision process”, whereby the inner-most attitudes
and faithfulness of God’s people about JESUS and His Word is revealed through the decisions of a select few out
of the Body of Christ.
In the early years of this Ministry work in Christ, JESUS made it plain that under His anointing I was
withstanding judgments and had the power to spare or not to spare; but JESUS made it clear that He sent me to
spare.
In 1979, following a tidal wave of accusations from Church leaders, I was moved by unbelief to take The
Staff and then selectively “stand aside” of a town in New England on October 1 and specified that a tornado would
strike that town and kill 3 people on that date. On October 1, 1979 that town was hit by a unseasonable tornado, 3
were killed, hundreds injured and buildings collapsed under the fierce winds of that storm. JESUS sharply
rebuked me for my unbelief, I repented and recoiled at the horror my unbelief had unleashed.
Then on August 7, 1980, JESUS told me this: “MEN OF SOME AUTHORITY (in the Church) HAVE
WORKED TO REMOVE YOU FROM THE SCENE. SO NOW, STAND ASIDE UNTIL BLOOD RUNS ANKLE
DEEP. THEY WILL SUFFER MUCH ON THIS ACCOUNT, IN A WHILE WE WILL CALL YOU TO STAND IN
THE GAP AND A RESPITE WILL BE GRANTED THEM . . . THE STAFF IS GOD’S GIVEN AUTHORITY AND
POWER . . .”
We fellowshipped, prayed together and he would call his congregation to pray. The other nineteen pastors
did not respond, these rejected JESUS’ Word. In that JESUS told me that He required only ten of the twenty
pastors to respond was a revelation in itself. This meant that half of the pastors in North America were “men of
God” and the other half were not, nor had they been called to the ministry. The effect of the one praying pastor,
who represented 10% of the pastors in America who were called to the ministry by God, was to spare the United
States an imminent and deadly judgment.
We had observed over the years since 1980 that powerful storms (usually hurricanes) preceded equally
powerful earthquakes and/or volcanic eruptions. The Hurricane ELENA of September 2, 1985 was indication that
either a major earthquake and/or volcanic eruption was next.
The “Church Decision” was now known and JESUS led me to prophetically stand aside in a unusual way.
On September 17, 1985, JESUS had me take The Staff and stand in the Gulf of Mexico facing southwest and then
to prophetically “stand aside” according to the church decision to loose judgments.
SEPTEMBER 19, 1985 (8.1 RICHTER QUAKE HITS MEXICO CITY)
20,000 KILLED AS BUILDINGS FALL ON THEM
I now understood that the one praying pastor had spared the United States, but lacking another 19
praying pastors meant that judgment had been loosed. It would surface in Mexico if it could not happen in
Chicago. Since 1980, I understood that a major killer earthquake would strike Chicago on a September 19.
Again, JESUS revealed that another hurricane was coming and had me write the 20 pastors in Corpus
Christi asking them to pray and call their congregations to pray. The one pastor did pray but the other 19 rejected
His Word.
Then Hurricane JUAN hit the Gulf Coast at the time JESUS revealed it would (end of October, 1985) and
through His Word we knew that a major volcanic eruption would follow somewhere in the Americas and that it
would take 25,000 lives. We had the date of the volcanic eruption, the numbers to perish and the kind of event
(volcanic eruption). It happened on the date we had in Columbia, South America as some 25,000 living souls were
buried alive under a wall of hot mud driven by the eruption of a volcano.
Through the prayers of that one pastor, Reverend Harvey, the United States was spared these deadlier
judgments but others in South America were not and perished.
MOUNT VERNON, WASHINGTON: DECEMBER 1988 TO JANUARY 1989
10 PASTORS IN MOUNT VERNON: Now we move forward in time to 1988 when JESUS had me
select 10 pastors locally, sending them a call to pray warning of a coming earthquakes and of judgments of
severity. The ten pastors rejected JESUS’ Word and call to pray.
The NET OF PRAYER, a body of Christian intercessors throughout the USA and Canada, assembled in
this ministry, took up the call to pray for the Mount Vernon area and we found numbers of local Christians who
prayed with us capped by the one small church in Lyman, Washington where the pastor called his congregation to
pray. (Note: this pastor was not among the ten pastors JESUS has me select). This added prayer power delayed
the judgments against Mount Vernon and the area for a time. But, the judgments were deferred, not cancelled. It
would have taken at least ten pastors in the Mount Vernon area praying to have cancelled the judgments JESUS
warned of.
This time the 100% rejection by the selected ten pastors would loose judgment on America (unlike in
1985) and so we would see Hurricane HUGO slam into Charleston, SC, followed by a major 7.1 Richter earthquake
hitting San Francisco, followed by war with Panama. Then in a second round (like the events of 1985) we
witnessed powerful storms sweeping the east coast, followed by the eruption of Mount Redoubt volcano in Alaska
which led to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in August of 1990, and that led to America going to war with Iraq, a war
that continues to this day.
JESUS did not instruct me to “stand aside” as done in 1981 and 1985, but the decision by the ten pastors
to reject JESUS’ Word, who represented the Church leadership in America, loosed a level of judgment as seen in
storms, earthquake and volcanic activity and wars. Even so the work of prayer in Mount Vernon would restrain
the judgments and so the loss of life was small as compared to what was seen in 1985.
12 YEARS LATER: 2001
In retrospect, the work of prayer undertaken in Mount Vernon in 1989 got America a 12-year reprieve.
The earthquake in Spokane on June 25, 2001 was a wake-up call. The judgments withstood for the past years
were re-emerging and the Church would be called to another and final decision.
SPOKANE, WASHINGTON: JULY 1, 2001
While the Spokesman Review columnist Doug Clark was playing his vicious word games aiming to broadly
discredit me as JESUS’ prophet, JESUS was directing me to write a report detailing coming judgment with a call
to prayer asking a “final decision” by the Church leadership. The stakes were high, the life and/or death of
America hung in the balances.
20 Pastors in Spokane: As in Corpus Christi, Texas in1985, JESUS asked me to select 20 pastors who
would represent the church leadership in America. I’d witnessed enough bloodshed and carnage in years past to
not take this lightly, the gravity of the hour was significant and it was not lost to me.
On June 29, 2001, JESUS would say this: “THE WORK I WOULD HAVE YOU COMPLETE IN
WARNING IS A LITTLE MORE EXTENSIVE THAN YOU FIRST ENVISIONED. ALLOW ME TO OPEN YOUR
UNDERSTANDING. (I yield myself to You Lord Jesus Christ and place myself under the Blood of Jesus Christ).
SELECT, EVEN AS I AM LEADING YOU, TWENTY PASTORS IN THE SPOKANE AREA EVEN AS YOU DID IN
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS. ONLY THIS IS NOT A DECISION TO PRAY BUT A DECISION TO REPENT
THOUGH YOU WILL NOT SAY THAT . . . AND SELECT ANOTHER TWENTY OTHERS IN GOVERNMENT,
PRIMARILY LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
AFTER HAVING COMPLETED THIS, THEN WRITE A COVER LETTER AND SEND THIS TO OTHER
PASTORS IN THIS CITY OF SPOKANE AS YOU ARE ENABLED WITH THE FUNDS I WILL PROVIDE. BE
WILLING TO MEET WITH ANY OF THE TWENTY PASTORS AND OFFER THIS, ON A GENERAL BASIS, AS A
GROUP OR INDIVIDUALLY. WHILE PRAYER AND PREPARATION IS WELL, REPENTANCE IS ALL THE
MORE EXCELLENT.”
I asked, “Lord JESUS, will they repent?” Jesus went on to say this: “YOU WILL NOT FIND EITHER A
WILLINGNESS TO REPENT OR TO HEAR THE CALL TO REPENT. YET I OPEN THE DOOR TO THEM
WHEREBY THEY MIGHT FIND MY SPIRIT OF REPENTANCE, WHEREBY THEY MIGHT REPENT AND AT
THE LEAST DRAW THEMSELVES OUT OF THE JUDGMENTS THAT THEY HAVE BROUGHT DOWN ON
THEMSELVES.”
I then asked, “Lord JESUS, are you talking about another period of mercy?” And, Jesus then said, “NO.
RATHER A TIME OF THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPENT WHICH WILL BE BRIEF. THE CONSEQUENCES OF
SIN ARE COMING RAPIDLY AND NOTHING WILL DETER THE JUDGMENTS OF GOD ANYMORE, EXCEPT
A GENUINE HEARTFELT REPENTANCE . . . THE ANGEL OF DEATH IS POISED READY TO BEGIN ITS
HARVEST AMONG THE REBELLIOUS, IT IS CLOSE, VERY CLOSE TO HAVING BEGUN. WHEN DEATH
BEGINS ITS SWEEP NOTHING WILL PREVENT IT, NOTHING WILL BE SPARED OF THAT WHICH IS
WORTHY OF THE JUDGMENT OF DEATH. MEN HAVE SOWN AND THEY ARE ABOUT TO REAP WHAT
THEY HAVE BEEN SOWING FOR MANY YEARS . . . THE EARTHQUAKES COMING WILL BE WIDE
RANGING, SOME MINOR, SOME STRONG, SOME DEADLY AND FEW WILL BE UNAFFECTED AFTER A
TIME. WHAT COMES TO SPOKANE IS WHAT I TOLD YOU ABOUT MANY YEARS AGO. YOU NOW BEGIN TO
SEE THE VALIDITY OF THE 12-YEAR CYCLE OF JUDGMENT. YOU WILL SEE MUCH MORE IN THE NEXT
MANY MONTHS. THERE IS MUCH TO SEE, MORE TO UNDERSTAND . . . YOU WONDER IF THERE WILL BE
OTHER DELAYS IN THIS JUDGMENT AS YOU HAVE SEEN OVER THE YEARS FROM TIME TO TIME.
UNDERSTAND THIS, WHAT I TOLD YOU MANY YEARS AGO ON THIS MATTER IS HERE AND NOW, IT IS
NOT GOING TO PASS OVER. THE WRATH OF OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN IS READY TO POUR OUT ON
THOSE WHO HATE ME AND HIM AND WHO HAVE WORKED TO DESTROY MY PEOPLE . . . WHEN THE
WRATH OF GOD OUR FATHER POURS OUT NOTHING WILL DETER THIS WRATH. MEN MAY WISH TO
REPENT BUT IT WILL BE TOO LATE FOR THAT. UNDERSTAND I SPEAK TO YOU OF THE WRATH OF GOD
THE FATHER, THIS IS MORE THAN JUDGMENT, IT IS MORE THAN REAPING, IT IS MORE THAN THE
CONSEQUENCE OF SIN.HE WILL BECOME A CONSUMING FIRE TO THOSE WHO MAKE HIM THEIR
ENEMY AND THERE SHALL BE LEFT NEITHER BRANCH NOR TRUNK NOR ROOT FOR HE WILL UTTERLY
DESTROY HIS ENEMIES THAT ARE OUR ENEMIES.HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE OUTCOME IN REGARDS
TO THE EARTHQUAKES THAT YOU HAVE WARNED ABOUT EVEN AS I MOVED YOU TO WARN ABOUT.
THE ISSUE IS NOT WHAT HAPPENS, THE ISSUE IS HOW MY PEOPLE RESPOND TO MY WORD AND MY
WARNING, THIS WILL BE THE DETERMINING FACTOR IN THE OUTCOME OF THINGS FOR THEM AND
OTHERS. WHAT MEN THINK ABOUT MY WORD, MY PROPHETS, HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH HOW I VIEW
MY WORD AND MY PROPHETS. I LEAD YOU AND YOU YIELD TO MY SPIRIT AND DO MY WILL. MEN
OUGHT YIELD TO MY WORD BUT FEW ACTUALLY DO, MOST DEBATE, QUESTION, RESIST THE FULL
INTENT OF WHAT I PURPOSE FOR THEM AND SO GAIN LITTLE OF THE BENEFIT I WOULD BE TO THEM.

A Portion of the July 1, 2001 Letter to the 20 Pastors read: “ . . . The 3.7 Richter earthquake that shook
Spokane this past Monday, June 25, 2001 at 7:15 a.m. was no fluke, it was both a wake-up call and a warning.
I endeavor to be succinct. Jesus led me to select twenty pastors in this city to represent His Church and you are
among that number. You are afforded an opportunity, which will be brief, and the prophetic warning whereby you
might alert your congregation to the potential dangers that they might be prepared both spiritually and physically
for what is coming. A major earthquake here is not the worse thing that is coming, however, you have an
opportunity here and now to make a difference.”
All Told 356 Pastors/Churches Contacted
The warning and call to prayer went out to every church/pastor in Spokane in July of 2001. According to
JESUS the same rules applied as in Corpus Christi and Mount Vernon, no reply was a ‘‘NO’’ and “NO” meant a
rejection of the Lord JESUS’ Word.
ZERO REPLIES: 100% REJECTION OF JESUS!
We had noted a steady decline in the numbers of Christian brethren and pastors who would respond to
JESUS’ WORD, who prayed and called others to prayer. In Mount Vernon it was the weakest response of all the
Lord JESUS’ calls to His Church to decide (to pray or not). That prayer by a pastor in Lyman, Washington was at
best a brief mumble but acceptable to the Lord GOD whose desire was to extend mercy to His people. Even then,
other pastors on learning that he had prayed worked on him until he repented of having prayed.
WHY DID THE LORD GOD CONSISTENTLY HAVE ME CALL HIS CHIURCH
TO DECIDE?
Even back in 1979 when the response was fairly strong, where at least 80 churches in Chicago, that we
knew of, responded and called their congregations to pray. Even then it was a split decision as many others did
not respond, did not pray.
When those praying became a very minority, then judgments began to come through. Even though the
judgments were lessened, they were getting stronger as time passed. Until the issue was resolved one way or
another we were in a kind of limbo, hanging between God’s mercy on one hand and fierce judgments on the other
hand.
It was clear to me in no uncertain terms that the executors of judgment were demonic powers working
through God’s Law to inflict the consequences of sin, which is death, on mankind. JESUS was intervening, having
us under His anointing to hold of the destroyers until His people had the full opportunity of deciding one way or
another for mercy or judgment, for life or death to themselves and others. Why did His people have to decide?
JESUS CHRIST had given His Church His power and authority to withstand and deal with the destroyers
(Matthew 16:18-19 and Luke 10:19) and the exercise of this Christ-empowerment was found in prayer.
Christ’s empowerment (Matthew 16:18-19 and Luke 10:19) is not static. It is either for something or
against something. If the Church decision was to 100% reject Christ then that meant it was a 100% decision to
embrace Satan, hell and death.
By July 5, 2001, the “final” Church Decision had been made, this time it was 100% rejection of JESUS and
His Word and a 100% embracing of judgments of death and destruction. As these twenty pastors were
representative of the whole nation, then the whole nation was so decided and so they loosed judgment on
themselves and others.
On July 8, 2001, JESUS said this: “I SEE YOUR HEARTS, NEITHER DO YOU WANT TO SEE THIS
DESTRUCTION BEFALL YOUR COUNTRYMEN MANY WHO ARE BRETHREN, BUT IT IS NOT A DECISION
THAT YOU OR WE MAKE, IT IS IN THE HANDS OF THE CHURCH LEADERS AS REPRESENTED BY THE 20
PASTORS . . . AT 3 P.M ON THURSDAY JULY 12, 2001 YOU AND NANCY-TONI ARE TO TAKE MY STAFF AND
GO TO YOUR BACKYARD AND FACING SOUTH-SOUTHWEST PROPHESY TO STAND ASIDE AND STRIKE
THE EARTH SEVEN TIMES, SEVEN BLOWS FOR SEVEN JUDGMENTS TO COME IN QUICK SUCCESSION;
THIS IS NOT SEVEN YEARS BUT SEVEN EVENTS AS LOOSED BY THE CHURCH IN AMERICA AS
REPRESENTED BY THESE 20 PASTORS . . . SO WE SENT YOU HERE TO BE A HELP AND TO WITHSTAND
THE WORST OF JUDGMENTS FOR A TIME AND A TIME AND NO MORE. YOU ARE HERE FOR THE SAKE
OF THESE FEW (see note below) AND TO BE A HELP AND COVER FOR THEM AGAINST WHAT IS

SHALL SURELY REAP NOT ONLY JUDGMENT BUT GOD’S WRATH.” (Note: By FEW, JESUS refers to those
living in Spokane who remained faithful and obedient to Him. It is plain that they are a small number: FEW
among a multitude.)
OUR JULY 31, 2001 NEWSLETTER: STANDING ASIDE
We wrote a full report of the events of previous years and what “standing aside” led to and how it
repeatedly culminated with the collapse of buildings with people dying either in a storm, an earthquake and a
volcanic eruption. The source of the judgment varied but it always seemed to involve buildings collapsing with
people dying in them.
Based on our understanding of a period of mercy that would hold off judgment for a time we concluded
and stated in this Newsletter: “We do know that the mercy and grace extended the Church in 1989 will have an
influence this 2001, thus judgments are not likely to start up in any serious way until sometime past August 27,
2001 to September 19, 2001.”
SEPTEMBER 11, 2001: TERROR ATTACK
On August 14, 1979 JESUS spoke of the coming judgments and said (in part) “SEPTEMBER 9, 10, 11 ARE
DANGEROUS. THE MOST TERRIBLE IS THE 11 th . . . TERRIBLE TIMES ARE UPON THIS NATION AND
TERROR IS NOT AFAR OFF . . . I WOULD HAVE KEPT THEM FROM THIS TERRIBLE DAY BUT THEY
WOULD NOT LET ME. NOW IT IS UPON THEM AND THEY WILL NOT BELIEVE . . . THEY ARE A DEAD
PEOPLE ALREADY AND NONE CAN HELP THEM . . . WOULD THEY HAVE BELIEVED MY WORD AND NOT
FALLEN ON THE STUMBLING BLOCK OF UNBELIEF THEY WOULD BE SPARED. YET I WILL SAVE A
REMNANT . . .”
22 YEARS BACK
When the attack of 9/11 happened everyone involved with this Ministry recognized the connection
between the Church Decision in Spokane, the prophetic action of “standing aside” on July 12, 2001 and the
consequences with nearly 3,000 dead, the World Trade Center buildings in ruins and the Pentagon afire. It was
equally stunning to recognize that JESUS had spoken of this 22 years earlier in the year 1979.
This terror attack has drawn our nation into a far-flung war with radical Islamists and Islamic terror
organizations. The loss of property on 9/11 exceeded one trillion dollars, the war itself has cost as much and taken
over 4,000 added American lives to fight it.
JESUS’ Word of July 8, 2001 pertained as well, here JESUS said this: “YOU WILL GRIEVE OVER THE
SENSELESS LOSS OF LIFE AND HOMES AND BUILDINGS OF EMPLOYMENT. THE BLOOD IS ON THE
HANDS OF THE PASTORS . . .”
The World Trade Center buildings were buildings of employment, so also the Pentagon, and those who
had homes nearby ground zero in New York also lost their homes as well. All told seven buildings in New York
were destroyed and I remembered what JESUS had us do July 12th, to strike the earth seven times for seven
judgments to come in quick succession. While we did not see the destruction of seven buildings in New York City
on September 11th as a “fulfillment” of His Word, we did recognize it as a shadowy confirmation of what was
coming on America.
WHO IS CRAZY?
We received one short letter from a Pastor David M. Logan of a Methodist Byzantine Catholic Church in
Spokane who wrote, “I would greatly appreciate not receiving any more of your silly so-called ‘prophecies.’ It is
painfully apparent that you and your wife are in great need of psychiatric help.”
Who is a mental case? The one who steps out by faith in Christ to forewarn and alert those in leadership in
the Church to call for prayer to head-off death and destruction or the one who by unbelief opens the doors wide to
the destroyers of mankind?
JESUS in 1979 made it clear that it was unbelief that would loose the terror of September 11th and in July
2001 He made it equally clear that this tragic loss of life was a blood-guilt and that it fell on the pastors.
IT WAXED INSIGNIFICANT COMPARED TO . . .
The whole issue of a major earthquake hitting Spokane waxed as being insignificant when compared to
what was “loosed” by the Church decision of July 2001 in Spokane. The Islamic terror attack of September 11,
2001 stunned America and brought Americans to question how this enemy could reach into our nation with such
deadly intent. While America reeled from the horror of this attack Spokane shook again.
“SPOKANE HIT AGAIN BY QUAKE SWARM”
The Spokesman Review published a news article on the event of September 28, 2001. The article was
written by Mike Prager and Rob McDonald (staff writers) and stated, “Spokane residents got a morning jolt Friday
(9/28/01) when a swarm of minor earthquakes shook the city for the first time in seven weeks. The largest
measured 2.8 Richter at 11: 34 a.m.”
WASHINGTON LOTTERY DRAWS 285
On August 28. 1989 JESUS said this, “EXPECT TO SEE 285. EARTHQUAKES WILL RE-EMERGE IN
THIS LOCALE . . .”
I perceived that this number would be drawn in the Washington lottery and decided to buy some tickets
on that number. On October 31, 2001 the Washington lottery drew 285 and we happily collected $1,540.
Remembering JESUS’ Word of August 28, 1989 I expected that we might see a foreshock, a new earthquake to
shake Spokane. Because it could lead to a major earthquake we issued a “Prophetic Update” on November 2, 2001
that reviewed JESUS’ Word with a call to prayer and a warning that an earthquake was in the offing.
A 4.0 RICHTER EARTHQUAKE: NOVEMBER 11, 2001
Nine days after we mailed our “Prophetic Update” warning that Spokane was facing “reemerging
earthquakes,” a 4.0 Richter earthquake shook Spokane on Sunday morning, November 11, 2001.
Was there a response by anyone? None. Zero.
Did this foreshock lead to anything bigger? No. Why? JESUS had made it clear that while He had us living
in Spokane He would contain these troubles and spare His People.
RELOCATION: APRIL 25, 2005
The Lord JESUS had given me a promise back in the early 1970s that He would give me and my Godly
wife a home in the country. He did that early into the year 2005 and we would relocate to this new home and leave
Spokane on April 25, 2005.
The Spokesman Review columnist Doug Clark took a parting shot at me in his March 31, 2005 article
titled, “New Prophet taking over in Spokane”. In his column, Mr. Clark claimed for himself the role of prophet of
Spokane seeing that I was moving. In his usual cynical and mocking manner he rubbed in the fact that I believed
that a major earthquake could hit Spokane before we relocated. I based this “projection” on my understanding of
JESUS’ Word, which turned out to be incorrect. This gave Clark the opportunity to slam me again. (Note: A
“projection” is not a “Thus saith the Lord.” Rather, it is an attempt to understand JESUS’ Word within a given
time frame based on the best understanding we have of His Word. Projections are efforts to better understand the
timing of judgments. Very often they are hit and miss propositions and by design serve to improve our grasp of the
timing of judgment.
THE “WHEN” OF THE MAJOR EARTHQUAKE IN SPOKANE
Before we were relocated in 2005 JESUS clarified one issue and that concerned the time of the major
earthquake to hit Spokane. Just prior to the accidental nuclear attack out east where four U.S. Cities would be
damaged or destroyed by Russian nuclear bombs launched by accident, JESUS would send us out to forewarn
those cities BEFORE the attack happened. JESUS told me that He would prevent the major earthquake from
hitting Spokane until “after” we had made that trip east. If He did not, it would be impossible to drive east as the
roadbeds would be so heavily damaged as to prevent auto traffic from moving in or out of our area This told me
that the major earthquake in Spokane would follow sometime after the accidental nuclear attack.
WHY WARN AT ALL?
I had worked long and late into the morning of December 12, 1988 and finally fell into bed exhausted at
about 5 a.m. I’d hardly fallen asleep when I had a vision of the shaking of the Mount Baker volcano followed by an
earthquake in the Mount Vernon areas. JESUS’ Angel woke me, telling me to rise and go out to receive a Word
from the Lord JESUS CHRIST. I was very tired and asked, “Can this wait until tomorrow?” The Angel replied
firmly, “Get up and go out, the Lord of Hosts, Jesus Christ, will speak to you.” I told my wife that I had to go out
then I got up, dressed and went to the local donut shop that was open 24 hours a day.
JESUS’ Word began to come and He told me of judgments coming on the Mount Vernon areas and how
He wanted me to select ten pastors calling them to pray to withstand the earthquake and other judgments.
I’d been doing this for many years by 1988 and I knew the score. I lastly asked JESUS, “Lord, men will
say, ‘how are we to know this is God speaking to us?’ What will I tell them, for they will reject Your Word as
before. Am I to do all this work and see they will reject?”
I already knew by the Spirit of God that His Word and call to prayer would be rejected and I honestly
wondered what the point was of a futile effort like this. JESUS replied saying: “WOULD YOU RATHER THEY
NOT BE TOLD HAVING NO OPPORTUNITY TO DECIDE LIFE TO THEMSELVES AND SO TO SUFFER DEATH
AND DESTRUCTION AS IN ARMENIA, AS IN ARMENTO, AS IN MEXICO CITY?! IF MY PEOPLE WILL NOT
PRAY AS I CALL THEM THEY WILL NOT PRAY EVEN IF A SIGN IS GIVEN . . .”
So, JESUS made it plain that it was my job to give them the opportunity to decide one way or another.
What they decided was their free will choice. If they were not informed, alerted, and given His Word they’d have
no choice and would perish without warning.
What was true in Mount Vernon would be true in Spokane: my assignment was to make them aware of the
opportunity to escape judgment. Whether they seized upon the opportunity or threw it away was their free will
choice. They threw it away.
SO, WHAT IS NEXT?
You may well ask, “What is next?” Go ask Doug Clark of The Spokesman Review who has claimed and so
assumed responsibility as the new prophet for Spokane . . .
