Frequently Asked Questions
How do I enroll for parking?
Visit WashingtonDCParking.SPPlus.com and select the "Monthly" option on the search bar.
Enter your address, select the preferred garage, and complete enrollment.
How do I get my access card?
1225 I Street building tenants with Datawatch keyfobs should request garage stairwell access
be added directly to their Datawatch keyfobs from the property manager, Ms. Janice Hardy, by
email at [email protected].
Outside monthly parkers should contact Alex Kebede at [email protected] to request a
Datawatch keyfob.
How do I get my hang-tag?
Hang-tags for all monthly parking garage parkers will be made available for pick up from the
garage attendant 5-7 business days after enrollment. Please see attendant directly.
How do I cancel my monthly parking?
Please contact our Customer Care Center at 877-717-0004 to terminate your parking
agreement 30 days in advance.
What if I forget my hang-tag?
You will receive a daily ticket on entrance to the garage. Upon exit, present your daily ticket
with printed confirmation from your online account that you are a monthly customer and the
charge will be waived. Repeat violators may risk losing monthly parking privileges.
