PMs Parts Travel & labor Accelerated Response Option FullCare ExtendedCare GE Healthcare Service Agreements provide you with: • Confidence in your results through regular PM visits • P redictable ownership costs as rates are guaranteed for the duration of the contract • M inimal disruptions with priority response from our trained service engineers FullCare FullCare is our most comprehensive service offering, where you benefit from the full potential of our service organization. If you choose FullCare coverage there are no additional service costs for the duration of the agreement, regardless of the type or extent of the repair. ExtendedCare ExtendedCare is a 24-month, full-coverage service agreement and includes one PM visit, all parts, travel and labor costs. This agreement is suitable in low instrumentusage situations and when the system is not being used in extreme environments such as a cold cabinet, or incubator. Our service team can advise whether ExtendedCare suits your usage situation. SafeCare SafeCare SafeCare coverage is an alternative to EssentialCare. With SafeCare, major service events are covered by GE Healthcare, while service costs below the agreed instrument-specific limit are covered by you. This facilitates predictable cost of ownership. EssentialCare Denotes that major service issues are covered by SafeCare, while service costs below the agreed instrument-specific limit are covered by the customer. EssentialCare If you only need a PM visit to ensure reliable and reproducible results, EssentialCare is recommended. A PM kit is included; however, any additional replacement parts or repairs will be charged separately. Validation Installation Our modular validation strategy has been developed to actively support regulatory compliance during the life cycle of a system and to minimize the impact of life-cycle change. For most of our instruments, our service engineers assemble and install your system, perform installation tests, and deliver it ready to use.
