PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ACT, 1977

AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
The Minister of Energy has, under section 2 (1) (c) of the Petroleum
Products Act, 1977
p(Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
1 Definitions
In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by
Government Notice No. of 28 February 2017
The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation 3 of
the Regulations
