Large Passengers
Some passengers are larger than the average traveller and as such they feel more comfortable with a
little more room on board; we therefore suggest that passengers over 120kg book an extra seat. This
is also booked at the child rate in the system and should be booked under the same surname but the
Christian name should be marked as EXTRA SEAT.

accompanied by an adult.
There will be an additional fee payable of $40 per passenger for Unaccompanied Minors.
Effective 1 December 2010 all Children under 12 years of age will pay 75% of the full fare.
Check-in times
Our published departure times are “airborne” times that are to say that these are the times we
expect to be taking off and NOT boarding the aircraft. Generally we board the aircraft 15 minutes
before the scheduled departure time. Check-in is 1 Hour prior to departure. Latest check-in for the
flight is AT LEAST 30 Minutes before the take-off time. In order to speed up things for all concerned
and particularly for other passengers that are travelling we ask that farewells and swapping of
contact be done before boarding. Many people like to have their photo taken by the aircraft, this is
fine but we also ask, so as not to inconvenience other passengers, that passengers are prepared and
quick in taking their pictures.
Departure & Arrival Information
When making your bookings, please supply as much information as you can, i.e. where the
passengers are coming from, either where they stayed the night before or the name of the
company/driver that will be bringing them to the airport. Please also supply the same for their
accommodation or transport on arrival. This allows us to liaise directly with the relevant service
providers in terms of timings, changes of timings or delays due to weather or aircraft technical
problems.
All service providers are notified 24 hours in advance of timings for the following day should these
timings change then any changes are notified by our Duty Controller as appropriate.

also their ability to interact with the passengers. We want every passenger to not only feel safe flying
with Solenta Aviation, but to also enjoy the experience.
