Looking for some Gift Ideas?
In the midst of filming some new consultant workshops,
we convinced a few new people to get in front of the
camera to talk about some of their favorite fun toy and
game products at Rainbow. Check it out here!
Curious About Teaching Art?
Rainbow consultant Sara’s newest workshop highlights
art – and how to bring art into your other school subjects.
If art is like a foreign language to you, but you want to
expose your children to artistic design and creativity, tune
in for some great ideas.

New & Featured at Rainbow!
Mini-Globes with Quiz Cards
We love mini globes, but we’ve never seen sets like this!
Each of the four 4.5” diameter globes can spin a full 360º
north-south and east-west and it comes packaged with 400
trivia questions related to the type of globe in the set. The four
sets include a political globe with questions about countries,
cities, governments, and more; a physical globe with
questions about landforms and regional flora and fauna; an
antique globe with historical trivia questions and an
astronomy globe with questions about the solar system,
astronomy, and space travel. At under $20, it’s also a great
gift!
Choose Your Path Classics
If you could change a classic work of literature, how would the
story turn out? Find out as you slip into the main character in
Call of the Wild, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Adventures of
Sherlock Holmes, or Bram Stoker’s Dracula. The well-known
storylines have been adapted to the action-packed, “choose
your path” formula, forcing the reader to jump from page to
page to arrive at a potentially new ending. Can you survive the
story’s twists and turns?
Tim Tebow: A Promise Kept
If you have young football fans in your house, this is an inspiring biography of
Tim Tebow, homeschooled student turned pro football player. This book tells of
Tim’s life, from childhood through college and on to the NFL. The subtitle
references his famous locker room speech when he played for the Florida
Gators. Suggested for grades 3-7.
20 Pop-Up Christmas Cards to Color
Walking the line between making your own cards from scratch and the box of
printed, pre-made cards is this fun book that includes 20 black-and-white pop-up
cards, plus envelopes. Remove, color with crayons, markers or colored pencils
and send to Grandma!
Christmas Designer Toob
If you’re a fan of Safari, Ltd. replicas, grab one of these limited-edition Christmas Toobs while they last!

Spotlight on… Construction Paper!
by Emily, graphic designer at Rainbow
Finally, you have the time to work on craft projects with
the kids—between planning the upcoming holiday gettogethers and getting the Christmas gift lists ready.
Maybe you’re enhancing your homeschool area with
seasonal decorations, or creating a new poster or
motivational chart. But wait - you need that perfect
shade of red to really bring your project to life. So, you
stop at your local craft store chain looking for that shade
of red construction paper, only to find—that’s right— just
five basic colors. Really? Save time and money this
season by shopping Rainbow’s incredible selection of construction paper—at very affordable prices. I’ve
never seen a wider selection of colors offered in one place; we really do sell all the colors of the rainbow
at Rainbow! Not only are the colors rich, but the paper is thick, durable, and acid-free. And if you’re
looking for something just a little more special, we are also happy to offer fade-resistant construction
paper and glitter construction paper that contains flecks of silver glitter infused throughout. As an added
bonus, our colorful, quality collections are proudly made in the U.S.A.
If just thinking about construction paper starts your fingers itching for art supplies, don’t forget to check
out Rainbow consultant Sara's art workshop, linked above. She'll show you how to boldly pull art into
just about any subject area you’re studying!
Thanks for spending some time with us! As always, if you have comments, suggestions or ideas for
articles you'd like to see our amazing consultants write, feel free to email us anytime at
[email protected]. Happy Thanksgiving!
