Please plan to be online 15 minutes early for the first class to have time to test your equipment and deal with any technical issues. ATTENDANCE POLICY Students should register before the course begins. COURSE DESCRIPTION A country divided, the legitimacy of leadership questioned, a wrong‐headed foreign war, rulers who think God is on their side, and a son’s attempt to rise to his father’s expectations ‐ these are some of the themes that resonate in the four plays of Shakespeare’s “Henriad”.
