Dinner’s Ready!!
Hello busy Families! PAC is once again offering “Dinner’s Ready” to make our lives easier
2 Chefs Affair will be providing the following meals, which will be delivered to the school on
Wednesday afternoons. The cost is $25/meal and each meal feeds 4 people (often with some left
over for lunch the next day). 2 Chefs are happy to accommodate for Gluten free diets if advised
Week #1 (October 5)
Option1-Cornflake chicken, mashed potatoes and peas
Option2-Pulled pork--slider buns, roasted potatoes and coleslaw
Option3-Roasted root vegetable and squash with herb Israeli couscous (vegetarian)
Week # 2 (October 12)
Option 1-Beef stroganoff—beef, mushrooms served with noodles
Option 2-Chicken pesto cannelloni
Option 3-Coconut vegetarian curry and rice (vegetarian)
Week # 3 (October 19)
Option1-Chipotle Chicken Fajita—chicken, onions, peppers served with rice
Option 2-Beef Stew served with roasted potatoes
Option 3-Rice Noodles and veggies, coconut curry sauce (vegetarian)
Week # 4 (October 26)
Option 1-Chicken pot pie—Rice and puff pastry lids
Option 2-Meatballs and tomato sauce, penne noodles
Option 3-Veggie pot pie—Rice and puff pastry lids (vegetarian)
As always the frozen beef and vegetarian lasagnas are available each week
The cut off for ordering is noon on the Friday before each Wednesday delivery (i.e. deadline for
October 5th meal is September 30). Ordering can be done through Munch a Lunch, simply log on
to Munch a Lunch, as you do for ordering hot lunch and click on the Fundraising Open Tab to
make your selections.
If you have not set up a Munch a Lunch account, it is very easy to do. Just visit the Mountain
View website at http://schoolsweb.sd68.bc.ca/mtnview/Pages/default.aspx and click on register
for our hot lunch program" on the left hand side of the web page and proceed under new user.
Dinner’s will be available for pick up as of 2:30 each Wednesday. However, if you are unable to
get to the school until later, your labeled meal will be placed in the PAC fridge in the multi
purpose room and you can pick it up at your convenience.
New menus will be available every 4 weeks until the end of the school year 
