Cleaner
CommClean™ Floor Cleaner is a bio-stable phosphate free concentrate cleaner that is formulated for use
with hard or soft water. It is effective in removing stubborn oils, grease and dirt from factory and garage
floors as well as other hard surfaces. It is safe for use on most metals and painted /epoxy coated floors and
it will not leave a slippery residue when properly used.
CommClean™ Floor Cleaner is a very cost effective cleaner in that it will work well in light or heavy duty
conditions at the low concentration of 3% when properly used in accordance with cleaner and equipment
manufacturer directives.
CommClean™ Floor Cleaner works equally in mechanical scrubbers as well as with the traditional mop.
Effectiveness is not at all compromised by the hardness (or softness) of the water being used.
CommClean™ Floor Cleaner is to be used on floor surfaces. Consumer must avoid contamination of food
in the application and storage of the product.
How to use it:
Mechanical Floor Scrubbers: recommended dilution is 4oz of concentrate to 1 U.S. gal of water
(approximately 3.0%). For intense cleaning applications, additional concentrate may be used to a maximum
of 8oz of concentrate to 1 U.S. gal of water (approximately 6.0%).
Adjust concentration for best performance and economic results. This product performs equally well in both
soft and hard water areas as high as 400 PPM.
Rinse completely with potable water when using this product in food plants or preparation areas.
Do not use CommClean™ Floor Cleaner on food contact surfaces.







