PRODUCT INFORMATION
VODA is an agricultural soil surfactant formulated to increase the efficiency of irrigation and rain water. VODA reduces the amount of
time water sits and evaporates into the air, minimizing crusting and improving soil penetration, increasing the moisture levels in the soil.

Response:
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
IF EYE IRRITATION PERSISTS: Get medical advice/attention
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE): Wear protective gloves, clothing and eye protection.
FIRST AID
IF IN EYES: Hold eyes open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first
5 minutes then continue rinsing eyes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
IF ON SKIN: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center
or doctor for treatment advice.
IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control
center or doctor. Do not give any liquid to the person. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
IF INHALED: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by
mouth-to-mouth if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice
DIRECTIONS FOR USE – Suggested Use Rates
VODA can be applied through any type of irrigation system (except earthen ditches) and also by conventional spray equipment.
Injection Through Irrigation Systems: Inject VODA at 1 to 4 quarts/acre through any type of irrigation system (except earthen
ditches).
Conventional Sprayers: Apply at 1 to 4 quarts/acre, prior to irrigation and/or rainfall.
Crusting Application: Apply VODA at 1 to 4 quarts/acre to minimize crusting of seedbed. A band sprayed application directly over seed
row may be made with VODA alone, or VODA can be tank mixed with fertilizers.
Water Penetration: Apply VODA at 1 to 4 quarts/acre at beginning of irrigation set to improve soil penetration and minimize standing
water.
Water Maintenance: Apply VODA at 1 to 4 quarts/acre per month during growing season. Additional applications may be made,
especially during very hot, dry weather periods to achieve desired results.
Transplanting: Add VODA at 1 to 4 quarts/1000 gallons of transplant water.
Fallow Bed Treatment: Apply VODA at 1 to 4 quarts/acre to fallow beds in advance of rainfall.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Keep container tightly closed. Store in original container only. Keep in a secure and locked storage area.
Do not add water to the contents of this container. Triple rinse container, empty rinse water into spray or stock tank. Dispose of empty
containers in accordance with federal, state and local law.
WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC warrants only that this product conforms to the product description on the label and is reasonably fit for
the purposes stated in the Directions For Use. The Directions for Use of this product are believed to be adequate and must be followed
carefully. It is, however, impossible to eliminate all risks associated with this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness, or other unintended
consequences may result due to such factors as weather conditions, presence or absence of other materials, or the manner or use or
application, all of which are beyond the control of INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC. All such risks must be assumed by the buyer or user.
Except as warranted on this label, INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC makes no representation, warranty or guarantee, whether expressed or
implied including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. No agent or representative
of INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC or the seller of the product is authorized to amend the terms of this Warranty disclaimer or the product’s
label or to make a representation or recommendation different or inconsistent with the label of this product. To the extent consistent with
applicable law, INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC’s maximum liability for breach of its warranty or for use of this product, regardless of the
form of action, shall not exceed the purchase price of this product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, INNVICTIS CROP CARE, LLC
shall not be liable for consequential, special or indirect damages resulting from the use, handling, application, storage, or disposal of this
product or for damages in the nature of penalties, and the buyer and the user waive any right that they may have to such damages. If the
warranty and liability limitations or disclaimer are not acceptable, return the unopened container to the place of purchase for full refund.
To the extent not inconsistent with applicable law or the label, the purchase, delivery, acceptance and use of this product by the buyer is
subject to the terms and conditions of seller’s sales invoice for this product.
