DELAWARE Delaware Cancer Registry Program Data Quality Increases in Delaware NATIONAL PROGRAM OF CANCER REGISTRIES SUCCESS STORY Public Health Problem: For two consecutive years the Delaware Cancer Registry (DCR) failed to attain certification from the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries (NAACCR).
