Final Assessments normally start at 10.00 am and finish approximately 5.00 pm. 4. Candidates are expected to arrive before 10.00 am. The Secretary of T&A must be informed in writing of any known problems that will prevent any candidate from arriving before 10.00am. 5. Having to wait for each candidate to attend their private interview makes it a long day. It is advisable therefore to have reading or other material with you. T&A welcomes you bringing a friend or relative to accompany you. 6. If necessary please ask if you want more time to prepare yourself in readiness for your private interview. 7. T&A are not responsible for arranging food requirements for candidates. It is usual to arrange your own food during the day of the assessment. Drinks are usually available by the host church. (The hospitality offered by the venue church will be detailed in your invitation letter). 8. The ability to deliver a suitable prayer to God is a key element of every assessment; you will be given a scenario and time to prepare the delivery of the required prayer. 9 At the completion of the assessment and before the results are declared you will be asked to sign a paper stating you are content with the panel, the process and your assessment, and how you have been treated on the day, you should only sign if you are totally content. Please note that the decision will have been made prior to you signing. Any issues can only be dealt with on the day and time will be made available by the Chairman to resolve. 10 Positive feedback from assessors to candidates is given regardless of the result and is considered to be an important feature of the Final Assessment. 11.
