Two different ways to prep:
1. Make each recipe from start to finish by completing Parts 1 and 2 before moving onto the
next recipe.
2. Complete Part 1 for all recipes first, so all meat is in labeled bags. Then, complete Part 2 for
all recipes.
Attending a Freezer Meal Workshop?
Complete Part 1 for all recipes. Bring those with you to the workshop where you’ll complete Part 2.

Asian Beef
Bowl
Label a gallon freezer
bag “Asian Beef Bowl Step 2.”
Place 1½ pounds thinly
sliced beef for stir-fry in
bag.
Part 2
Add to bag (with beef) and combine:
• 1½ cups sliced red, green and/or yellow bell peppers
Label a quart freezer bag “Asian Beef Bowl – Step 1.” Add
to bag and combine:
• ¼ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
• 2 tablespoons Mango Lime Sauce
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon Onion Onion™ Seasoning
• 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
Label a gallon freezer bag “Asian Beef Bowl.” Securely tape
recipe to bag. Place both bags inside. Seal well and freeze.
Make a note to reserve 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil for
serving.

BLT Wraps
Label a gallon freezer
bag “Bayou Bourbon
BLT-A Wraps.
Place 1 (1½ pound)
package thick-sliced
bacon in bag.
Label a quart freezer bag “Bayou Bourbon BLT-A Wraps –
Step 2.” Add to bag:
• ⅔ cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze
Label a quart freezer bag “Bayou Bourbon BLT-A Wraps –
Step 3.” Add to bag:
• 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
• 1½ teaspoons Onion Onion Seasoning
Place bags 2 and 3 inside bag with bacon. Securely tape
recipe to bag. Seal well and freeze.

Label a gallon freezer
bag “Bayou Chicken
Lettuce Wraps – Step
1.”
Place 1½ pounds
ground chicken or
turkey in bag.
Add to bag (with chicken or turkey) and combine:
• 1 (8 ounce) package button mushrooms, chopped
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning
• Salt and pepper as desired

Step 2.” Add to bag:
• ¼ cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze

Thinly slice 1½ pounds
boneless skinless
chicken breasts. Place
in bag.
Add to bag (with chicken) and combine:
• 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
• 1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• Salt and pepper as desired
Label a quart freezer bag “Bourbon Glazed Chicken &
Veggie Stir-Fry – Step 3.” Add to bag and combine:
• ½ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
• ¼ cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 2 teaspoons Onion Onion Seasoning
Label a gallon freezer bag “Bourbon Glazed Chicken &
Veggie Stir-Fry.” Securely tape recipe to bag. Place both
bags inside bag along with 1 (16 ounce) package frozen
sugar snap stir-fry blend. Seal well and freeze.
Make a note to reserve 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil for
serving.

Label a quart freezer
bag “Chicken Piccata
– Step 1a.”
Cut 1½ pounds
boneless skinless
chicken breasts, into 6
pieces.
Pound chicken to ¼–
inch thick. Salt and
pepper as desired.
Place in bag.

Burgers
Label a gallon freezer
bag “Honey Teriyaki
Vegetable Stir-Fry –
Step 1a.”
Prepare 8 ounces
whole wheat linguine
noodles according to
package directions.
Rinse with cold water
and toss with 1
tablespoon oil. Add to
bag.
Label a gallon freezer
bag “Mango Pork
Burgers – Step 1.”
Place 1½ pounds
ground pork in bag.
Label a gallon freezer bag “Chicken Piccata – Step 1b.”
Add to bag and combine:
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning
Label a gallon freezer bag “Chicken Piccata.” Securely tape
recipe to bag. Place both bags and 1 packet Lemon Dill
Cheese Ball Mix in bag. Seal well and freeze.
Make a note to reserve 3 tablespoons Avocado Oil for
serving.
Add to bag (with noodles) and combine:
• 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen stir-fry vegetables
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
Label a quart freezer bag “Honey Teriyaki Vegetable Stir-Fry
– Step 1b.” Add to bag and combine:
• ½ cup Honey Teriyaki Sauce
• ¼ cup natural peanut butter
Label a gallon freezer bag “Honey Teriyaki Vegetable StirFry.” Securely tape recipe to bag. Place both bags inside.
Seal well and freeze.
Add to bag (with pork) and combine:
• 1 small fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced,
optional
• 2 tablespoons Honey Teriyaki Sauce
• 1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning
• Salt and pepper as desired
Form into 6 patties. Place patties back in freezer bag
between layers of way paper.
Label a quart freezer bag “Mango Pork Burgers – Step 2.”
Add to bag and combine:
• ¼ cup Mango Lime Sauce
• ¼ cup rum or reduced sodium chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon Onion Onion Seasoning

raw shrimp. Place in

Pound chicken to ½–
inch thick. Salt and
pepper as desired.
Place in bag.
Turkey

Pasta Salad
Label a gallon freezer

Pasta Salad.”
Prepare 12 ounces
farfalle (bowtie) pasta
according to package
directions. Rinse with
cold water and toss
with 1 tablespoon oil.
Add to bag (with chicken) and combine:
• 5 tablespoons Honey Teriyaki Sauce
Label a quart freezer bag “Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches Step 3.” Add to bag and combine:
• 1 tablespoon Honey Teriyaki Sauce
Label a gallon freezer bag “Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches.”
Securely tape recipe to bag. Place both bags inside bag.
Seal well and freeze.
Reserve 1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning for serving.
Add to bag (with pasta and turkey) and combine:
• 1 (5 ounce) package dried cherries
• 1 cup sliced celery
• ⅓ cup chopped red onion
Securely tape recipe to bag. Seal well and freeze.
Make a note to reserve 1 cup Vidalia® Onion Dressing for
serving.
Chop 1 pound cooked
turkey breast.
Toast ¾ cup chopped
walnuts.
Place pasta, turkey and
walnuts in bag.
