10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY
Stability :
Concentrates have excellent long-term stability for an indefinite
period.
They can be used at temperatures as low as water freezing
temperatures. Do not store in temperatures exceeding 66°C.
Incompatibility:
Strong oxidizers: H2O2, HNO3, CrO3.
Hazardous decomposition :
There are no significant hazardous decomposition products
from a fire reaction on the diluted product as used in fire
fighting. When a fire occurs near stored concentrates, such as
in highway accidents, the concentrates break down and
release carbon monoxide and sulphur oxides.
