Summer Fruit Salad, The Best Ingredients: 1/3 ½ ¼ 2 2 2 cup cup cup tbsp. cups whole 1 cup Sugar, or ¼ cup Agave Nectar water Fresh Mint, or lemon verbena leaves Lemon or Lime Juice Grapes, seedless, halved Peaches or Nectarines, cut 1 ½ “ pieces Strawberries or Raspberries, sliced Directions: Bring sugar and water to a boil in saucepan. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in mint and lemon juice. Steep 15 minutes. Strain out mint. 2. Combine grapes, peaches, strawberries, and blueberries in large bowl. Stir in sugar syrup.
