THANK YOU FOR USING THIS CRANE SCALE. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND
CORRECT OPERATION, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS INSTRUCTION
BEFORE USING IT.
NOTE: (1) All of the information reported herein is based on data available at the
moment of printing. The factory reserves the right to modify its own products at
any moment without notice and incurring in any sanction. So it is suggested to
always verify possible updates.
(2) Prior to use this crane scale, the battery of scale must be charged enough.
1. Safe Instruction
Please read the below instructions and advices carefully before you use this
electronic crane scale:
1.1 Forbid using in the condition of overloading.
1.2 Please don't hang heavy cargo for a long time, or it will wear out the load cell
and reduce the accuracy and life of the scale.
1.3 Check the voltage of the battery of the scale before and after use, and charge it in
time.
1.4 You should also charge the voltage of the battery of the scale regularly to
prolong the life of the battery even if you don't use it for a long time.
1.5 Don't use broken or abraded wire.
1.6 Don't try to mend the scale by yourself.
1.7 Only special charger can be used.
2. Feature of the scale
2.1 Different models of scales can meet the requirement of different fields, as: steel metallurgy,
manufacturing, textile, pharmacy and storage and so on.
2.2 Load cell, power supply, display window and scale body are integrated into the one-body.
With a handy and compact structure, it is easy to operate.
2,3 Telecontrol (wireless infrared) digit rectifying, accurate digit and easy operation can make
sure of the long time and stable accuracy in use.
2.4 With character height of 30mm, super bright LED, it is clear to read.

7.3 Zero
The crane scale will always display "0 " kg after power on. If the is value on the
display when the scale is empty, you can press [TARE] key on the front panel or
the [->0<-] on the remote control unit to make it display "0 ".
7.4 Kg/lb conversion
Press kg/lb key each time, the unit will change between kg and lb in turn.
7.5 Weighing
Hang the cargo off the ground. When the cargo is basically stable, it will display
weight value. If you want to deduct the tare of the object such as steel wire, you
can hang the tare object on the hook before weighing and press long-time
[TARE] key to make it display “0" kg. Then hang the cargo that wanted to be
weighed on the crane. At this time, the displayed value is the net value of the
cargo. Due to the automatic memorizing function of the scale, you don't have to
deduct the tare of the cargo every time until the tare object is changed or the
scale is power off, every weighing is net weight of the cargo. If there is a
negative value and the scale can't display it, then the scale will display the
value and “------“ alternatively to mean negative value.o

7
7.6 Checking of accumulation
If you want to make a total of several weight, you jus press [*] at the end of
every weighing to confirm this weight, then it will flash a nx which means how many
times the total has.
For example: We continuously weigh the clog that weighs 500kg for 5 times,we
press [*] every time it back to zero, then we press[▲] to check the Accumulation,it
will show n 5,press press[▲] the second time ,it will show
H 0000,which show the high nibble of this accumulation, press[▲] the third time,it
will show L2500,which show the low nibble of this accumution.
(Note1: In the above 3 showing status, by pressing the button “→о←”, the
accumulating value will be cleared away, and it will enter the weighing status. )
(Note2.The show weight walue should be back to zero, then the next time of
weighing will be )
7.7 Power off
When the weighing is over, press CL/01 key on the front panel. The scale will
display "OFF " and the power in the scale is off.
7.8 Charge the battery
Turn off the power in the scale and insert the special charger to the AC power
socket. Insert another side of the charger to the charging hole at the back panel
of the scale. At this time, the charging indicating light at the front panel will be
red. It means it is charging automatically. When the light turns to be yellow
gradually, it means the voltage of the battery is 70% full. When it turns into
green gradually, it means the charging has been finished. Generally, the
charging should be not less than 12 hours.
7.9 Low battery warning
When the voltage of the battery is lower than the prescribed value, it will
display “LobAT” and weight value alternatively. After displaying "LobAT " for
25 times, it will be off automatically. Then you should charge the battery in time.
You can use it after charging.
7.10 Overload warning
When the weighed cargo (net weight+ tare weight) exceeds the Max. Capacity
of the scale, the scale will display “OVER " reminding character instead of the
weighing value until the weighing is back to normal span.
7.11 Voltage saving function
When it is in zero, it will display t “0 " 5 seconds later. Even it is not in zero, it
will enter voltage saving mode and display ” - ”, 5 minutes later.
Note: If the user pressed [MODE] key and entered code entering state by accident
(i.e. it displays “00000", at the same time the first 0 flashes). You can exit by
pressing long-time [TARE] key.
7.12 Simple rectifying
Press long-time [CAL], it will firstly display "Ad Ld”, and then the weight
value of the weight to be loaded. Then load the displayed weight (please find
in table 2 the relation between the loaded weight and the Max. Capacity).
- -
8
After loading the weights for several minutes and when the stable light
"STEADY " is on, it indicates the simple rectifying is finished.

9. Notice
9.1 The electronic crane scale is a precise weighing equipment. Correct usage and
good maintenance will mostly convenience your work.
9.2 If you want to change the position or direction of the cargo, please push the
cargo to make it revolve, don't push the scale body to make it revolve.
9.3 If you use it outdoors, you should stop using it when it rains or thunders.
Regularly check the screws and bolts to be sure they are not loosen or fallen off
and make the scale in good condition.
9.4 When the scale indicates low battery but the charging indicating light is green,
you should check the battery whether it is broken and change it in time.
9.5 If you don't want to use the scale, you should keep it in a dry and ventilated place
and hang it in a rack in the air to avoid hurting the load cell and influencing the
precision of the load cell.
9.6 The electronic crane scale has been calibrated by normal poise before leaving
factory.
