The Beaver Chew Programs Eden Mill Nature Center & Historic Grist Mill Museum Winter Programs– December 2015, January 2016, & February 2016 Eden Mill Nature Center is dedicated to developing a greater awareness and appreciation to the natural and historical resources of the area. Nestled in a pristine and untouched part of the Piedmont Plateau, Eden Mill has a variety of resources to encourage environmental education for all ages. How do I pre-register for a program? Pre-registration is required for all of our programs. Call our office at 410-836-3050 during office hours, Monday– Friday from 9am - 2pm to sign-up. Want to pre-register via email? Send the following information in an email to [email protected] and we will respond during business hours: participant’s name and age (if an adult, just say adult), home address, phone number, if you are or aren’t a member of Eden Mill, how you heard about the program, and the program for which you wish to pre-register. Please note that all program pre-registrations will be confirmed if space is available. You will receive an email confirmation when the registration has been confirmed. What is your bad weather policy? Eden Mill Nature Center follows the closure schedule of Harford County Government, as we are a Parks and Recreation facility. If Harford County Government is not closed but the weather conditions seem poor, Eden Mill will make the decision to cancel a program and notify registered participants of the cancellation. Oops! "We cancelled it because you didn't register!" Sometimes excellent programs with super instructors are cancelled when too many people wait until the last minute to pre-register. Our classes are self supporting which means we need a minimum number of participants before a class will run. If a program looks interesting, don't hesitate... register today!
