Gail Cohen is Vice Chairman and General Trust
Counsel for Fiduciary Trust Company
International, where she is responsible for the
firm’s client relationships and trust and estate
services in New York and across the regional
offices. She is also a member of Fiduciary Trust’s
Board of Directors, and a member of the
Management and Executive Committees. She is
currently Chair of the New York Bankers Association and has also
served as the Association’s Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chair of its
Trust & Investment Division. In 2010, she was named one of the Top
50 Women in Wealth, selected by Wealth Manager Magazine.
Thelma B. Ferguson
Thelma Ferguson is Segment Head of the
Northeast Middle Market at JP Morgan Chase,
where she leads a team that provides credit,
cash management, capital markets and
corporate finance advisory solutions to
companies with annual revenues between $20
million and $500 million. She is a member of
the Commercial Bank’s Executive Committee.
She previously served as Middle Market President in Manhattan and
Brooklyn, and President of the firm’s Kentucky, Southern Indiana
and Tennessee markets. She serves on the Board of Directors for
the NYBA and Community Health Charities of New York.
Lucia DiNapoli Gibbons
Lucia DiNapoli Gibbons is an Executive Vice
President and the Northern New Jersey Regional
President for Wells Fargo, responsible for leading
and driving retail operations in northern New
Jersey and Rockland County, which includes 154
retail stores and 1,600 team members. Before
joining Wells Fargo in 2002, she held several key
leadership positions at Fleet (now Bank of
America), including regional director of Small Business Services and
Regional President New Jersey, responsible for commercial banking
and community activities in the state. She has been named one of
New Jersey’s Ten Most Influential Women in Business.
Ruth H. Mahoney
Ruth Mahoney is Market President, Hudson
Valley/Metro NY for KeyBank, NA. As the senior
representative and spokeswoman for KeyBank in
the market, she leads all community and
economic development efforts, and oversees the
full range of financial services in the nine-county
district. She was previously a Market Manager for
Key Private Bank in the Capital Region and also
worked for Bank of America Private Bank as a Senior Vice President
and City Executive. She serves on the board of the Westchester
County Association and the Leadership Advisory Board for the YWCA
and Women’s Enterprise Development Center, Inc.
