Evaluate Your Time Worksheet

Evaluate how you spend your time
Create a time map worksheet to find out when you go into flow
Week long activity (Don´t worry it takes just few seconds a day)
On a scale of one to 10 rate how effective you are in terms of efficiency, productivity, clarity and
flow in each space, on being totally brainless and 10 being at the top of your game. The best way to do this
exercise is to print it out and fill it in each day or to have it on your computer and fill it out at the end or
beginning of each day. By the end of the week you will know when you are most effective.

If you really want to make sure you have got it down the path do this exercise each week and look at
the results at the end of the 6 weeks. Choose the times of day when you have the highest rating to do the
high value tasks, the things you consider most important or take the most concentration. Use the low value
times to do things that you barley have to be present for like reading, cleaning or repetitive tasks that you
can do blindfolded. There are also times of the day when you can go into periods of running around in
circles. This can be described by the following scenario; going from Facebook to Gmail to LinkedIn to
Pinterest or going from one project to another but not getting in anything done. These would be rated as 1
to 2 on the rating scale. Take your highlighters and highlight all activities that are important or meaningful in
green, the activities that are easily delegated or not absolutely necessary in yellow and the ones that you
can skip in orange. Leave everything necessary without color like sleep,
