New Zealand frozen lamb and mutton.
The New Zealand lamb offered by our company is of the highest
quality. Four to six months old lambs, to the moment of slaughter,
graze freely on rich in natural minerals pastures of New Zealand.
Proper selection and cutting of meat ensures repeatable quality and
size of the items.
Lamb and young mutton meat is easy digestible, has its
characteristic intense red tint and furthermore has very little fat
and very few tendons and membranes. This sort of meat contains
linoleic acid lowering the levels of so-called bad cholesterol in the
blood. Compared to beef or pork, lamb (mutton) contains large
amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids and at the same time low
amounts of unfavorable saturated compounds.
