The James Sewell Ballet was founded in New York City by James Sewell and Sally Rousse and brought to Minnesota in 1993. Quickly becoming Big Sky’s resident choreographer, James Sewell opened the debut season at WMPAC with a sellout performance and will close the second season with original work that was created in Big Sky during the Twin Sky Dance Intensive.
