INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT THE
MALDIVES STAND FOR THE ATM FAIR, DUBAI , UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
FOR THE YEARS 2017, 2018 AND 2019
Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation limited (MMPRC) invites
interested eligible parties to submit Proposals to design and construct the Maldives
Stand for the ATM Fair, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for the years 2017, 2018 and
2019.
A complete set of the Request for Proposal (“RFP”), each with a unique serial
number will be available for purchase for USD 530 (five hundred and thirty United
States Dollars) including all taxes, at MMPRC’s office at 4th Floor, Velaanage,
Male’, Maldives, between 0930 hours to 1430 hours on each working day from 26th
January 2017 to 06th February 2017.
Interested foreign parties may purchase the RFP document by transferring USD 530
(five hundred and thirty United States Dollars) including all taxes to MMPRC’s bank
account.All Bank charges with regard to the transfer should be borne by the party
requesting to purchase the RFP document (All charges including local, foreign and
inter mediatory bank charges). The RFP document will be provided by MMPRC to
the purchaser, upon submission of proof of transfer of funds to MMPRC via
[email protected] or [email protected]. MMMPRC’s banker’s
details are provided below;

Each party should send a TT copy on the same day of transferring the amount. TT
copy should be subjected with reference to “ATM Stand Construction Bid
Document”. The amount paid for the RFP is non-refundable. A Proposal may only
be submitted by the party under whose name the RFP is purchased. The details of
Bank of Maldives PLC inward transfer charges are attached with this announcement
for the reference of all the interested parties. (This does not include inter
mediatory bank charges)
Proposals duly completed in all respects should be submitted no later than 1300
hours on 27th February 2017. Each bidder should submit a hard copy of the
proposal in a sealed envelope to MMPRC and send a soft copy to the following

MMPRC will send a detail information sheet of the parties who submitted the
proposal with their proposed budget for all the bidders who submits the proposal.
