Don`t put off making your Will!

Don’t put off
making your Will!
St Luke’s cares for people of all ages 18 and upwards
throughout Sheffield who have incurable illnesses
and supports their families.
Our aim is to control their symptoms, alleviate their
pain and give them the best possible quality of life
when every day matters – all free of charge.
We depend entirely upon the generosity of our
many supporters to raise more than £4.5 million this
year, just to carry on doing what we do.
So we really do need your help.

St Luke’s Will Month 2014.
Making a Will is the only way you can
be sure that your wishes are carried out
and your loved ones are provided for.
3 easy steps…
Book now for an appointment in
April 2014. Booking well in advance
will avoid disappointment.
“Did you know? In 2013 more than half of UK adults hadn’t written a Will?
Most mistakenly believe that their estate will automatically pass to their
partner when they die. This isn’t the case.
1
Find a participating solicitor near
you and call them on the phone
number below to book your
appointment.
2
Have your Will written by the
solicitor of your choice.
3
Make your donation to St Luke’s
Hospice and help us care for
Sheffield people who have
life-limiting illnesses.
Why make my will now?
Because it’s good to know that you’ll not only be getting your Will made
for much less than you’d normally pay, but you’ll also be supporting
St Luke’s patients.
It’s simple! A participating solicitor will draw up a basic Will for you, and
invite you to make a donation to St Luke’s.
Suggested minimum donations are £85 for a single Will, £125 for a joint
Will1. This is significantly less than you’d usually pay. All money raised
by Will Month comes directly to St Luke’s Hospice.
If you need any more information, have any questions or would like an
informal chat, please call the St Luke’s Will Month hotline on
0114 235 7554, 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Will Month information
is also on our website at www.stlukeshospice.org.uk
“
It’s given us
peace of mind
to know that
our loved ones
are protected
if the worst
happens.

guardians for children,
and even for pets.
You can plan
for your funeral.
