Two light reflex sensors measure the velocity of the specimen. To minimize the error rate the sensors use infrared light. Both ways of the velocity are displayed. Moreover the minimum, maximum and the cycle time is shown on the display. Depending on the type version, you can record your data for later evaluation. Depending on the type version, this mobile compact measuring device measures velocity, force, and torque. The HMG 300 has a 3.2 inch command touch screen and an USB-port. This USB-port is used for data exchange with a PC as well as for charging the lithium-ion-battery. The sensor detection sets up the configuration of the connected sensor automatically. You can choose from the following sensors and connect them with the multifunction meter HMG 300, for checking the required feature: ift Rosenheim – Multifunctional device Page 1 of 3 V 1.0 ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ Multifunctional device ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ 2 Measure and measured values according to following standards Force The force measure is primarily designed for the measure of released forces of panic and emergency exit doors. However, a high bandwidth of force sensor can be connected. Test characteristic Standards Panic locks with horizontal opening bars for doors on emergency routes Torque The torque measure is particularly designed for measuring of torque at lever holds. Various torque sensors can be used and connected to the HMG 300. Release force EN 1125 Emergency locks with press and push doors on emergency routes Release force EN 179 Durability test Reference velocity Operate force During the measure of force and torque the minimum and maximum value as well as the complete measurement series can be captured and recorded. So it is possible to analyse the graphical results. Additionally you can see all peak and bottom graphic results of the actuating device at the end. This provides you less distortion of the evaluation. The measured force value while reaching the end stop is generally higher than the released force value. EN 1191 Operate torque 3 Scope of delivery Basic version: You can check while measuring if the required standards are met. ift Rosenheim – Multifunctional device • Compact mobile measuring device HMG 300 • Users manual • USB-cable • USB-power adapter • Aluminum case • Software for evaluation of the measured results Page 2 of 3 V 1.0 ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ Multifunctional device ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ 4 Technical data 5 Optional features / modifications The following options can be offered on enquiry: • Dimension: approx. 232 x 107 x 34 in mm • 3.2 inch touch screen • 2600 mAh lithium Ion battery • Charge via USB-port • Charge control light o Force sensor: for recording of forces • Up to 1,000 measure values per second o Torque sensor: for recording of torques • Graph visualization • Data exchange via USB-port • • Measure components: o Velocity sensor: for measuring and recording of velocities • Magnet tripod to fix in place of the velocity sensor Automatic sensor detection and loading of set up factors • Grip for standard force intake • Up to seven different sensors are usable • • Integrated SD-memory card for measure recording Force transmission element for standard force intake according to EN 179 and EN 1125 standard with a 15 mm diameter • STM32 micro controller • • Real time operating system freeRTOS Lever hold fastening for regular torque intake 3/8 inch square • Measure component: - Velocity sensor: two light reflex sensors; max. distance: 45 mm; measure range: 0.2 – 0.6 m/s measure accuracy: ± 5 % of measured value • Ratchet for regular torque intake 3/8 inch square • Calibration with a calibration report Individual features, especially for your needs, can be provided after consulting. - Force sensor: measure range: 500 N for compression and tension forces measure accuracy: ± 2 % of measured value Contact: ift Rosenheim GmbH - Torque sensor: measure range: 25 Nm with 3/8 inch square measure accuracy: ± 2 % of measured value MessTec Tegernseestraße 14 83022 Rosenheim Tel.: +49 (0)8031/261-2550 Fax: +49 (0)8031/261-28-2550 E-Mail: [email protected] Internet: www.ift-rosenheim.de ift Rosenheim – Multifunctional device Page 3 of 3 V 1.0
