Ordering Spare Parts
When ordering spare parts for powder coating booth, please indicate the following
specifications:
1. Type, and serial number of your powder coating booth
2. Order number, quantity, and description of each spare part
Example:
1. Type CRS-H

Filter pad
When ordering cable or hose material the length required must also be given. The spare part
numbers of this yard/metre ware is always marked with an *.
The spare part number of yard/metre ware always begins with 1.. ... .
All wear parts are marked with a #.
All dimensions of plastic powder hoses are given as external and internal diameters :
e.g. ø 8 / 6 mm = 8 mm outside diameter (o/d) / 6 mm inside diameter (i/d).
The spare parts mentioned and illustrated in this spare parts list
are identical for all three booth types with a rotating blow off
unit (CRS-H/D/W - with a 1700, 3200 or 4500 m3/h fan) and with
a reverse jet cleaning system (CRS-H/D/W - with a 2800 m3/h
fan)!
Only the number of individual elements may vary.

Notes for the electrical parts
Each booth is supplied with a model-specific wiring diagram and a list of the electrical parts.
The first column with the heading "NAME" contains the shortened name which is also found
in the wiring diagram. The column with the heading "PCS" shows the quantity of parts. In
the column headed "GV-NO." is a six digit number which should be quoted when ordering.
If there is no order number, when ordering please give the specification, and the type of the
part, found in the columns "OBJECT", and "TYPE".
