Has the Council identified appropriate locations for Rural Residential
subdivision?

Will a 20 hectare minimum lot size ensure our most productive land is
protected for productive purposes?

Should the minimum lot size for Rural Residential subdivision remain at one
hectare?

Should the Council be introducing additional controls to clearly outline a
landowner’s responsibilities for regular on-site wastewater system
maintenance?

Do you support the possibility of enabling subdivision in the Flood
