NEWS FOR THE WEEK
For our Secondary students, the 5 week grades are in and progress reports have been
mailed. Check Jupiter Grades regularly to see your progress. Having a problem with
school work? Ask any teacher and help is there. It is up to you as a student to monitor
your progress. Look to our quote for the week from Barry Commoner. In 1970 people
understood the need for Earth Day and to take care of the our planet. What are we doing,
41 years later to make this a better place than what we inherited?
Math Problem for the Week: Manny has 5 shirts, 3 pairs of pants, 2 ties and 4 pairs of
shoes. If Manny’s school uniform consists of a shirt, a pair of pants, a tie, and a pair of
shoes, how many different uniforms can he wear to school?
