High Level Solid Partitions:
Providing and fixing rigidly in position a partition using
50 x 50mm seasoned sal wood frame work running
both horizontally and vertically at not more than 600mm

The framework alternative vertical
member to touch the true ceiling height from the
finished floor level and fixed rigidly to the ceiling,
flooring, walls or partitions.
All vertical framework members shall be of a single
piece without any joint and the entire frme work to be
treated with two coats of antitermite paint and as
directed by the Architects / Bank and as per the
manfacture's specification. The framework to be
concealed with 8mm thick commercial plywood and
laminate fixed on either side of the framework and
upto 75mm above false ceiling all as per details in the
drawing.
The commercial ply will be camouflaged with 1.0mm
thick laminate of Banks approved colour and shade
and make as per drawing. Skirting of 75mm high
mettalic silver colour laminate of approved quality all
as per the drawing.
The rate to include for making provision for concealing
of conduits, concealing for switch boxes, light fittings
etc. Payment will be made from Finished Floor Level to
bottom of false ceiling. No extra is payable for wooden
frame and plywood and laminate projecting above false
ceiling.

Supplying and fixing solid door with vision panel of

system using 12.5mm thick gypsum board and GI
framework suspension system comprising of GI
perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one
flange of 20mm & other flange of 30mm & a web of
27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to
brickwall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves &
screws, at 610mm centers. Then suspending G.I.

Writing Ledge
Providing and fixing of a writing ledge with pamphlet
holder of length 1523 / 1875mm and width of 525mm
made of 12mm thick commercial plywood for all
verticals and horizontals except for the ledge top which
is made up of 12mm thick plain glass. The ledge to
have a 300mm deep shelf space below as per the
drawing. The running length of the ledge is determined
based on site conditions. Intermediate 18mm thick
vertical supports to be provided to support the writing
ledge at not more than 150mm c/c. All exposed
