PLINKE offers a wide variety of separation, purification and concentration process combinations for
mixed acids of Sulfuric and Nitric Acid with all type of organic and volatile contaminants. For explosive
spent acids there are different types of stabilization and decomposition pre-treatment units available.
Such pre-treated acid can be separated, purified and concentrated in Denitration DEN®, Nitric Acid
pre- and high concentration NAPC® and NACSAC® and Sulfuric Acid Concentration SAC® units. Each
spent acid has its own requirement for handling and final product quality. Final product may be
re-used in the originating process or even sold to other users in different applications. PLINKE has more
than 60 years of experience of safe handling of all type of different spent acids and is able to conduct
laboratory tests for new spent acids. Relevant NOx-absorption completes the technology portfolio.
