Don’t Wait - Dial “8" from your room phone for any Engineering or Housekeeping
services. Please anticipate any needs because items requested after 10pm will be
delivered the following day after 8:30am.
FINANCIAL SERVICES (extension 4225)
We urge you to pay your dues via EFT (electronic funds transfer)! This is quick and
easy and best of all, it SAVES you and your Association from high credit card fees!
Contact Financial Services to make your payment electronically and to set up
prepayments towards future dues. We’re available Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm
in Naegle Building 12 on the 6th floor.

Late checkouts will be charged $20 per hour starting after 10am. The locks to your
room are changed as soon as you check out, so please be sure to have all of your

at his desk in the Tahoe B Room in the Club House, call him at extension 3180, or call

Want to make reservations for your next stay? Have questions about renting your unit?
Need more information about using your Vacation Club Points? We’re available by
phone every day of the week from 8am-6pm and open for drop-in appointments in
the ClubHouse (Tahoe B Room) Sunday through Thursday from 9am until 4pm.
The phone center and Club House desk are closed for lunch between 12 noon and
1pm. We look forward to helping you during your stay!

SMOKING
The Nevada Clean Indoor Act (NCIAA) prohibits smoking in all indoor areas except
for those units specifically designated as “smoking units.”

All telephone calls are subject to a $.75 access fee. Charter is the carrier we use for long
distance services. We are billed at an operator assisted rate. To retrieve messages,

information

Kids Club is a complementary drop off program

Children must be at
least three years old
and fully toilet trained.

Children MUST be
picked up in-between
sessions!

Pre-registration is required at least 30
minutes in advance
of a session start
time. To pre-register,
please call!

Kids Club schedule
may change at the discretion of Ridge Resort

Children arriving
more than 15 minutes
late will be considered
tardy and will not be
let in.

Sick children will not
be admitted.
