Application method
Book an appointment, then lodge your application in person at that
appointment.
Application fee
Generally £43.80, but this is subject to change without notice,
though some nationals can pay a reduced fee. There is a service
charge of £14.60 per application in addition to the visa fee. Visa
fees can be paid by Cash, Credit/Debit card or Postal orders made
payable to “Spanish Visa Application Centre”

Documents to submit
A minimum of £500 regardless of the length of stay in the
Schengen area, plus £50 per day if staying 10 days or more.
Last full 3 months official bank statements for your current account
showing a positive balance
A recent (not older than 1 month) letter from the Student Centre
confirming your course details, addressed to the Spanish
Consulate.
Travel insurance certificate issued in the UK, covering the
intended period of stay with a minimum coverage of € 30,000 for
emergency medical and repatriation clause in case of death. If
travel insurance is covered by your bank, provide a recent letter
from the bank stating this.
Fully paid and confirmed return travel tickets showing proof of
payment, and fully booked accommodation reservation or original
invitation letter from host in Spain.
