UGC Update
• Revisions to the Greek Life Policy document
were approved.
• Clarification on the Bear’s Den computer
removal petition: Approximately 10 computers
will be removed while the Bear’s Den is
remodeled to add the Student Affairs office.
Computers will be replaced once the
remodeling is done.
• Delta Sigma Phi is looking for chapters to
participate and host booths at Delta Fest.
Contact Andy Hayes if you are interested.
• Reps will be sworn in next week.

• Beginning this week, UGC will nominate Greek
Chapters every week as the “Greek Chapter of
the Week” in order to recognize chapters doing
great things on campus or in the community.
This week’s nominations were FarmHouse
Fraternity for their Pancake Breakfast and
Sigma Phi Epsilon for their Vigil for Venezuela on
Tuesday.
• Next week’s meeting will be in University South.
• UGC Meetings will be Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
in University North next year. The rooms have
been booked.
• Applications for UGC President/Vice President
are due April 4.

Action Plans from Greek Summit were
revisited and discussed. A recruitment chair
meeting will take place April 10 tentatively,
an academic council is being formed, and
the Greeks will be planning a Block Party for
the fall.
