You take full individual responsibility for Product Management of a cuVng edge so=ware product/
architecture solving the key targe#ng problems of the business In the future, you will hire and lead a world-­‐class team within a performance-­‐ and people-­‐driven culture
You develop a product vision together with the founding team to define the resul#ng technical specifica#ons to be implemented by the development team
You will define and implement a vision for our products
You act as the middleman between business, tech/development and design and conceptualize and describe products, features and user stories for the development team
Iden#fy Problem Points through reviewing Product KPI’s and User Experience Tests
Conduct A/B Tests to op#mize the product
Help improve overall quality, documenta#on and process management
You con#nuously develop yourself further and you stay on top of the latest tech-­‐industry innova#ons/trends

You have a very strong Tech/Product affinity and are able and willing to shape and implement the product vision of the company
You bring min. 3 years of very successful track record within Start-­‐ups, Technology Companies, Internet, Consul#ng or Financial Ins#tu#ons
Strong knowledge of the Mobile (Adver#sing) Tech Industry
Strong knowledge of wire-­‐framing/mock-­‐ups tools (incl. system modelling techniques with UML/ER), project and issue tracking so=ware
Entrepreneurial drive and hands-­‐on experience in crea#ng products with the best user experience
Very strong analy#cal/numerical skills and experience with metric-­‐based decision making (incl. web analy#cs)
Solid understanding of the telecommunica#ons industry and IT stack is a strong plus
Ability to make the right decisions to quickly move forward within a fast-­‐paced business environment
Outstanding leadership skills, excellent people/communica#on and nego#a#on skills
A result-­‐oriented, passionate team player with excep#onal mo#va#on and interpersonal skills
