Courses inprogress Summer Term will be given points for a C grades since admission decisions are made before grades post. o If your prerequisites are being completed at a school other than PCC, you are responsible for getting a new transcript sent for review within a week of the grade being posted. Complete the Ophthalmic Medical Technology program application. Obtain unofficial transcripts from previous schools. Official Transcripts are required when accepted into the program. Plan in place to pay for school. If applying for federal financial aid (www.fafsa.ed.gov) please note it can take up to three months to receive an award if eligible.
