Citibank ATMs How to use the ATM? Generally Citibank ATMs are used by our customers to withdraw money. But you can also enjoy many of other services available at our multifunctional ATMs: • cash deposit (on-line and with an envelope); • credit card top-up; • loan repayment; • balance request; • mini-statement request; • funds transfer between your accounts; • bill payments (mobile, TV, Internet services, utility bills). All our ATMs are available 24 hours, 7 days a week! Your Citibank card gives you access to your funds at more than 9000 Citibank ATMs worldwide. You can withdraw cash 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Citibank multifunctional ATMs — 24 hours a day 7 days a week Using the ATM 1 Inser your card. 2 Enter your PIN-code. 3 Select the language. 4 You will see the list of available services. Select the desired service. Cash withdrawal 1 Select “Get rubles” or “Get US dollars” in the ATM menu. 2 Select the account from which you would like to withdraw money. 3 Select the amount you would like to withdraw. If all the offered amounts are not suitable, select the “Other amount” option and enter the preferable amount. 4 Take the money, receipt* and your card. Online cash deposit** 1 Select “Online cash deposit” in the ATM menu (if you use a debit card) or “Make online payment” (If you use a credit card). 2 Select the account you want to credit. Note! For loan repayment you will need to select current ruble account. 3 Read carefully the information on the screen: ATM accepts only ruble banknotes nominated from 10 to 5000 rubles. 4 Insert the banknotes into the slot as shown on the sticker (narrow or broad side forward) in one stack without envelopes, clips or rubber bands. You can deposit up to 30 banknotes at once. 5 ATM will count the banknotes and return back those which are considered false or weak. Please take these notes from the slot. 6 Check the total amount calculated for deposit and press “Continue” if everything is correct. You can press “Add notes” to insert more notes or “Cancel” to end the transaction (ATM will give back all the banknotes and return your card). 7 Take receipt and your card. Balance request 1 Select “See my balance” in the ATM menu. 2 Select the account. 3 Take the receipt and your card. * The ATM will ask you whether you need a receipt. Press “No” if you don’t need it. ** Special ATMs with Online cash deposit functionality are located in the bank branches and are marked with a green sticker. Mini-statement request 1 Select “Get a mini-statement” in the ATM menu. 2 Select the account. 3 Take the printed mini-statement and your card. Funds transfer between your accounts 1 Select “Transfer money” in the ATM menu. 2 Select the account from which you want to make a transfer. 3 Select the account to which you want to make a transfer. 4 Enter the amount of the transfer. 5 Your transfer is completed. Take the receipt and your card. Bill payments 1 Select “Bill payments” in the ATM menu. 2 Select the account you would like to use for payment. 3 Select merchant type from the list (Mobile operators, TV operators, Internet services, Telephony, Housing services). 4 Select merchant within the category. 5 Input payment details requested by the ATM. Pay attention to the input format (for example, when paying for the mobile telephone you have to enter the last 10 digits of the telephone number, without the country code 8 or +7). 6 Input amount of payment. 7 Validate payment details and confirm if correct. 8 Take the receipt* and your card. Note! You will have 45 seconds to take your card after it’s ejected. Please, be careful using the ATM. * The ATM will ask you whether you need a receipt. Press “No” if you don’t need it.
