DOT:SALES AND TERMS OF DELIVERY
This pricelist are valid from 1 January 2016 replacing all previous pricelists. Prices
are exclusive VAT. Prices are in EURO. The price list includes standard products.
Pleace inquire for special designs.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery to the following countries is subject to incoterms 2010DDP (Delivered
Duty Paid) to the retailer’s delivery address or normal storage address:
Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Holland, Belgium. Delivery to countries
other than those listed shall be made in accordance with INCO TERMS 2010 EXW
(Ex Works).
The delivery time aplied to the order confirmation - will be the week of delivery. If
we fail to deliver accordingly, the buyer will be informed ASAP together with a new
time of delivery.
1000dots are not responsible for delivery problems caused by force majeure and is
not liable for late delivery.
CLAIMS
Complaints must be notified in writing and if necessary with image documentation, Immediately after the buyer discover the defect to 1000dots.
After receiving this, 1000dots will consider the complaint.
RETURNS
Returns can only be returned by prior agreement.
WARRANTY
5 years warranty.
1000dots grants an extened warrenty of 5 years on all products in the pricelist. The
warranty covers breakage of the frame and damage caused by faulty workmanship
provided normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover mechanical parts.
The warranty will be void if the product shows signs of misuse and other damage.
RESERVATION
1000dots reserve the rights for printing errors, image errors, price changes, discontinued products and failure from suppliers. We reserve the right to change or stop
the production of the models without prior notice.
