PR Subcommittee:
Public Service Announcement:
The PR committee has purchased the PSA’s DVD and we are in the process of taking them to
our local cable stations and radio stations to further our primary purpose. I will have more
information at our next Area meeting. Today I am requesting 20.00 dollars from the PR budget
to cover the cost of the PSA DVD’s.
Local Events:
Dawn Farms educational presentation called the history of NA at St. Joe’s hospital on
03/22/2016 was a great success. The PR committee was able to make some helpful contacts
within the community and a ton of NA informational pamphlets were distributed and questions
answered regarding NA. Today I am requesting $16.27 for the reimbursement of two tables
and 3 chairs.
Web Servant:
The Washtenaw NA website is currently up to date. All NA members are encouraged to visit
the website at Michigan-NA.org/Washtenaw if there are any questions or concerns please
submit your questions/concerns via email to [email protected]
In loving Service,
Rhett R.

Activities Subcommittee:
There was roughly 205 people throughout the day, and MRCNA sold around 17 pre-registrations. We had a lot
of support from the whole state and surrounding states. A huge bus load of people from South Bend, Indiana
came along with others from Ohio, Wisconsin, and Illinois. We went over budget, roughly around a hundred,
and although the event came out ahead, we are still getting our initial deposit back. Only three people donated
chili, so everyone got the prize. All the speakers showed up, everything was recorded, and is on Google drive.
The silent auction was also very successful, we had so much merchandise that we have a lot for next year. We
were able to raise around 250 in the silent auction combined with the event came to $1081.74.
New Business:
● Discussed generating area attendance by creating a flyer and current area attendees taking
turns bringing light refreshments to pass. Kristal M. will create a flyer and email it for approval.
Next meeting Rhett R. and Kristal M. will be bringing snack and Jon and Megan will be
bringing refreshments.
Old Business:
● Four Infiniti medallions were purchased. Two were given to the treasurer and two to the co
treasurer.
